If you're looking for a Cheers-like atmosphere where everybody knows your name, Taylor's in Ingalls is where you want to be! You are greeted when you walk through the door and thanked when you leave. The most friendly service around! And the food is phenomenal. Thank you Taylor's for being such a great place for the community to enjoy.

Pretzel Breadsticks were amazing, but downhill from there. Service was slow. Waitress was attentive until we placed our order. Macy Margherita Pizza was average at best. Lemon chicken entree was tough and dry. Asked waitress if could sub anything for the sides and waitress says oh yeah you can do anything what would you like so subbed a salad. No mention that she was going to take away the sides and charge us $8 for a house salad... very manipulative/deceiving. Same thing with the burger, no mention she was going to take away the pretzels and then charge us full price for fries. We ordered 2 entrees to go for our teens and that order was placed when our food arrived to the table at the recommendation of the waitress. Unfortunately, our waitress never returned from that point on. We sat for 25 minutes after finishing our meals and to go food in hand waiting on our waitress. Finally had to get up and go find her. 31 minutes in total from the time we were ready to leave until we could pay. No itemized bill provided. On the drive home we started adding everything up that we ordered and we were overcharged a lot. Even once we realized she charged us full prices for subs (salad $8 and fries $3) and figuring tax/tip in, we were still overcharged. Alcoholic mixed drinks overpriced for what you get. I contacted the restaurant through their website form 2 weeks ago and no response. I'm guessing they don't care because they are too busy to care about customers. Place was packed with families/very young kids and a very raucous birthday party (older crowd). Didn't bother us, but just so readers know the environment. Knowing all the better options available about 10 minutes away from here towards Fishers/Fortville, not sure why people pay these expensive prices for this type of average food/below average service. On top of a restaurant who seems to not make things right/provide customer service. We don't plan to return.

It's a new place good service and food

Food and service is amazing. The reason for the single star review is the $19 old fashion. This is insane and taking advantage of people. I just got back from Vegas and they are $18 there and downtown Indy is $15. The price here is insane for that drink. There is no reason to take advantage of people that live around here just because you don’t have a lot of competition here. Businesses that do this, piss me off to the core.

I'm give you a one star bc I spend 3 extra dollars because you guys think it is acceptable to serve pretzels with all you sandwich and it not and I spend the extra 3 dollars and I get less fries then a small fry from McD.
