My sandwich was cold. Like cold cold. The bread was stale and hard. The fries were cold and definitely old. I ordered a coke and got a diet. And really bad tasting diet at that. All the food I ordered was extremely disappointing. If I lived closer I would take it back. Get my money back and go to McDonald’s

I was just at the Wendy’s on Pendleton Pike And we were in the drive-through and the girl hit on my boyfriend and tried to touch his arm. I didn’t get her name, but I would appreciate if you could get your workers to stop being so harassing thank you.

Unfriendly staff. If you get nuggets plan on having to ask for new ones because they are always old. We've always gone and ordered and then let my boyfriend's daughter use the free frosty tag after shes eaten. Today they told her we had to purchase something with it. We've never had that be a problem before. We always eat inside, they know we had just made a purchase 15 minutes prior

Don't get the Cinnabun pull apart because it does not pull apart. It was so overheated and hard I broke a plastic fork in it. was not edible at all!!

I was sold a double bacon burger and when I got home it was bad. The meat was spoiled. I called to complain and let them know and the so called manager argued with me saying she was looking at the expiration date and their meat was not bad. We will NEVER go there again. I would give no stars if possible...She was very rude.

Absolute worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Never open in the mornings despite hours on the door saying they are.. Employees just stare at you as your drive off. Food later in the day when open is trash... If the food were free I wouldn't eat here. The staff needs 100% replaced. That includes the manager. Filled with DEI hires and it shows. Sad for this beautiful area.

BEWARE! Overcharged multiple times. Always have to ask for a receipt and normally told it's in the bag even though it never is. They make it pretty obvious they are not happy about giving you a receipt. Had to pursue a refund through off site management who responded with free meal vouchers instead of refund. THE RESTURANT WOULD NOT HONOR THE VOUCHERS!

Since apparently we live in a time where unless you go public with someone you just get ignored. Im a teacher at Pendleton Elementary and on December 12th went to the Wendys drive thru for a quick lunch before dropping off my son at his pm preschool. I had gone to Falls Perk drive thru first and paid with tap on my phone since I left my card at school, she got the machine out and I tapped from my window. I went to do the same in Wendys when I got to the window I was asked to hand her my phone. I asked her to give me the machine and she asked if I could just give her my phone. I did and when she went to return it so I could face ID she dropped my phone. I have a pick up truck btw. She immediately apologized and stated she was sorry for dropping my phone. As you can see in pictures phone was destroyed. I filled out a claim and got a call later that day from the district manager Casey. Solution they offered was to fix my screen. That was not an option since it was also bent and could stop working at any time. Fast forward and multiple calls back and forth she stated the director of operations would send this to their insurance and get back with me with a better solution. I was patient, I knew the holidays were coming but when I reached out after Christmas there was NO confirmation the claim was actually filled. So I called Wendys corporate who then contacted Casey. That upset her and after our text messages that day she has stopped answering my messages. I have now spoken 3 different times to corporate and no response. That is why now I am here to see if the owner of the franchise or someone can help me. I am an honest person. Everyone at the school knows me. All I wanted was food and not my phone to be destroyed. So let’s see who can help me.
