If zero stars was an option. The female manager working the drive thru was extelmy rude handing me my order. I ordered a large fry and barely got half of it but because the manager was so rude I figured it wasn't worth the fight I'll never be back .

Today I went through the drive thru and ordered chicken tenders. I ordered honey mustard and asked for the scorchin also he replied that it would be an extra charge, I said that’s totally fine. So they had me pull to a spot because my food wasn’t ready. When they brought me my food it had none of my sauces.
So I went inside and said that I didn’t receive both my honey mustards, my one scorchin and my ketchup. They then refused to give me my sauce until they looked up my order. Then looked it up and then state that the lady said she had given me my sauce, I replied that I didn’t get it that I could bring my bag back in if they needed to see it. The lady then rolled her eyes at me and the like 5 people standing around started talking and walked behind the wall of the drive thru register. Someone finally came out with my sauces and didn’t say a word. I said thank you and smiled and received no response.
This is an absolute disgusting reaction over some sauce that I was very kind about not getting, I just know I won’t eat it without the sauce and I paid extra to have them. I almost just brought it all back and asked for a refund because that’s absolutely ridiculous.

Today at this location I ordered a $5 bag and decided to also use some of my rewards points through my app that I have earned. After ordering I pulled up the scan code for free value Chicken sandwich. She scanned my code and proceeded to ring me out. My total came to $12.34 when I only ordered $5 biggie bag. Girl was fairly knew so no problems there as she straightened out the total. However, after initially scanning my code it somehow locked my app from ability to get my chicken sandwich and also permanently locked my app rewards. I'm guessing it's because my free chicken sandwich scan is still not finalized at their store but no one had the knowledge to fix it. Oh.. To top it all off I got home to discover my 4 piece nugget was a 3 piece nugget. Lol Ughhhh. You were great for so long Wendy's

I just went through the drive thru on Saturday night and ordered a spicy chicken patty and fries and some other food and my spicy chicken was completely raw in the middle. I called and told Tim the manager and he was cordial but I think being sold completely raw chicken warrants more than just a replacement chicken sandwich 🫤

My sandwich was cold. Like cold cold. The bread was stale and hard. The fries were cold and definitely old. I ordered a coke and got a diet. And really bad tasting diet at that. All the food I ordered was extremely disappointing. If I lived closer I would take it back. Get my money back and go to McDonald’s

I was just at the Wendy’s on Pendleton Pike And we were in the drive-through and the girl hit on my boyfriend and tried to touch his arm. I didn’t get her name, but I would appreciate if you could get your workers to stop being so harassing thank you.

Unfriendly staff. If you get nuggets plan on having to ask for new ones because they are always old. We've always gone and ordered and then let my boyfriend's daughter use the free frosty tag after shes eaten. Today they told her we had to purchase something with it. We've never had that be a problem before. We always eat inside, they know we had just made a purchase 15 minutes prior
