Service can be great but depends on whose working. Some of the staff is wonderful but others really need a customer service course!

poor customer service I just went through the drive through a guy tooked my order there was a another guy at drive through passed me the food he said a judgemental comment to the other crew abot me

Came thrue drive thru order the Dave triple meal along with spicy chicken sandwich. Asked them to cook everything fresh and they said ok. Pulled up to the window and 2 minutes later my food was handed to me. I asked them if it was cooked fresh and I was told yes. That was a lie. Nothing about my order was fresh. I worked at wendys before and I know the cook times for what I ordered. The chicken alone takes over 5 minutes .Mt fries was room temperature at best. And the meat was dry from sitting on the grill for an extended period of time.

Had issues with the app. No idea how to use it...neither did the manager. Didnt get what I was supposed after repeated attempts... It was a coupon on the app for buy one get one free on Daves Single or Double. I paid for a double and should have gotten a double for free. I guess best they could do was a single.

Here i am 3 years later with the same attitude. Its frustrating paying for food that has been sitting for who knows how long. ALSO paying money for missing food. This is usually evening time this occurs, whoever these managers are it would be nice to keep their co-workers in line and on top of food regulation. Considering pendleton doesn't have a whole lot of fast food options and prices are outrageous.. something has to give. Its annoying.

I was there with a pretty large group. 4 adults and 6 kids. They got our order out pretty fast and hot! They got the whole order correct. It was clean. It hit the spot!
