So this whole location is a mess. Drive-thru times take forever because they only know how to handle 1 order at a time. Take one order, complete one order and move on. They rarely have their provisions properly stocked (lids, cup types, straws). They try to manipulate the drive-thru times by having you pull forward. Honestly I usually pull for small businesses but I would welcome a Dunkin Donuts in its place. I’m sick and tired of wasting my time and money at this place.

This is the slowest coffee house I have ever seen. They also frequently mess up my order and run out of the gf breakfast sandwich all the time because they “forget to put them out” the night before. They make me pull forward all the time and wait even when there are no cars behind me so they can close out the order. I am writing this sitting in the drive thru for over ten minutes when there is literally nobody else around and just one car in front of me that’s been sitting in front of the menu for the same amount of time and nobody has taken his order. It’s wild! They’re always friendly but need some serious training on the process of it! (Maybe talk to chickfila lol)
Updating AGAIN - went there at 7:30 on a SATURDAY and they were once again “sold out” of gluten free breakfast sandwiches 🤔

The managers who run this store needs to be re-trained. This experiance was absolutely unacceptable. Sunday morning drive through, we wait around 5 minutes and no one is moving. Everyone gets out of line to just go inside. No big deal right? Wrong. You go inside. stand in line to see only 1 person working her butt off. She has no help and countless orders coming through. Many people walk in and leave within 5 minutes of her not taking anyone's orders. Maybe 10 minutes into waiting in the store, another girl comes in. I dont know if she was called to help or was showing up late. She starts working on all the mobile orders as well. At this point everyone left the store. People canceled their orders as no one has 30+ minutes to wait on a coffee. We asked what was going on, and apparently they prioritize all mobile orders before taking drive through and counter orders. This is unacceptable. The girls working were just doing their jobs. New management needs brought in. These girls need help. There should be workers designated for mobile orders only, someone designated for drive through and counters. This was so frusterating. Will no come back.

I live nearby 5 other coffee shops yet I will make the 15 minute drive to this Ziggis because of the consistency and variety of the drinks, the food options and the fact that I’ve always had such good service there 10/10 would recommend

I'm from Colorado and grew up on Ziggis, so I enjoy visiting this location every now and again. The breakfast burritos taste exactly the same as they did when I was in high school, and the blenders are always amazing. The staff has always been so nice, too!
