The last two times I have ordered from them my order was wrong. The first time I asked for extra cheese and Pepperoni and didn't get any of them. Them today i asked for the same thing on italian herb and cheese but got the mulit gran bread.

Sandwiches and service are always good. Just dont trust the app. Multiple times it has said my order is ready but when I arrive it hasnt been started.

My aunt is on hospice and we wanted to bring in sandwiches for the family. The employees here went above and beyond making this happen for us. We are so appreciative. Oh and it was delicious!

Wrong salad order yet again

Drive thru messes up my order nearly every visit and has charged me wrong multiple times, yesterday being the most recent time. Had to go back for a refund and was given cash even though I paid with card but a refund is a refund I guess. Honestly, I blame management. Properly trained employees don't make constant mistakes like that. I know. I worked subway and was properly trained. Won't be going to this location again since I only went because oaklands doesn't have a drive thru.

The drive thur always gets my order wrong. Today they did twice after I took the first one back the second one was also wrong. I don't have time to go back again to fix it. They also request you return the messed up sandwich per policy?
