I consulted the menu I found online and decided to order 3 medium pizzas. The first one she takes down with no issue, and then I made the fateful error. The menu I saw online had Hawaiian and taco pizzas listed, but when I asked for them she HUFFED and said “Now you listen here! I haven’t done taco pizza in 10 years and I will NOT do Hawaiian!” *CLICK*I just stood there for a while, confused. I would have had no problem ordering something else if she had given me the chance ??♂️ I’ve tried to call several times since I moved here 6 months ago, and I guess now I know it just isn’t meant to be!

She is a horrible human being. She don’t answer the phone when she is open and if she does she hangs up on you. Her food is good but her attitude makes me dislike everything about her and the Pizza Nazi…

I heard good things about this place and I'm always willing to try a new pizza place. I heard many times that the owner is rude so I knew what to expect. She really is and the pizza was okay. Better off going to Burbon St pizza in North Webster. But she did thank me for my business and told me to have a good one.

Been going there for years and would give it a 4 out of 5 before but after tonight will never go back. I have always had a hard time calling Cathleen seems to not answer so I decided to go in since it is just a mile away. I went in and asked for a sub and she said she's not making subs tonight and to go to subway. So fine I then made some small talk since we have common family by marriage and she just seemed to be in a very bad mood. So I asked for a meat lovers pizza and an order of cheese bread. She wrote that down and I asked if she wanted me to pay now just to be nice and she said no but then made a comment about picking it up and I was kinda shocked as I have always picked up orders and thought since she knew me that was kinda crossing a line. I then canceled the order and she said fine by me. With all of that, I will never go there again. She needs to close the place down or sell it because she id just a bitter old lady

I’ve really been wanting to try this place, but she is just not open when she says she is. Even today (a Thursday) I called three times between 8-8:15pm, no answer. I went there physically to order in case her phone was messed up (I only live a couple blocks away), and she was walking out of the building at 8:20pm (40 minutes before she was supposed to close). Which means that she also purposefully ignored my 3 phone calls. Really disappointed and honestly tired of trying to eat here. I wanted to give it a shot since it’s local and I’ve heard the pizza is good, but it’s just not worth trying anymore.*edited to add that at the time of this review, both her google page and voicemail state that she is open from 4pm-9pm on Thursdays, taking orders until 8:30 pm, yet she was ignoring me and gone between 8-8:30pm.
Seriously, some of the best pizza I've ever had. Owner was all business but she was nice. I would definitely go back!

We were in from out of town and hoping to eat at the Train Depot and because it was closed we came here to find that it’s only take- out with no public restrooms or seating. We asked the lady working there for suggestions of a local sit down restaurant and she was quite unfriendly!

Owner is extremely rude! Hung up on me while I was giving my order. I wanted the BLT pizza she informs me they aren't making those and ask if I want to cancel my order( I had already ordered the deluxe) I said no and that's when I heard "click". I tried calling back 4 times and she wouldn't pick up the phone. I will never order from there again! You better get some manners hunny!!!

So...I was skeptical. When i called she sounded very rude. I had to bite my tongue not to lash back. But i figured "what the heck, I want to try this ladies pizza" Well let me tell you.. I AM SO GLAD I DID. I got a large meat lovers. $18.00. 8 HUGE SLICES. She topped it on. I am talking pepperoni, sausage, bacon, ham, beef, and extra cheese. The sauce was to die for and boy oh boy mmmm mmm on the crust. Mmmmmm I am guessing sauce and crust is homemade?. It was so delicious. Best around me and i have over 30 pizza makers around my country a*** The lady was nothing like on the phone. In fact she was so rude when i called that i took my phone in to record her. Assuming she was even more rude in person. Never judge a book by it's cover. Says a lot. I don't even care abt her poor customer service because the pizza was to die for. Really. And in person, she was sweet as pie. We talked about how she only accepts cash and about her cats. I tipped her and ask if this (Small cat jar on counter) was her tip jar? She said, "Why yes. That's my stray cat fund." And chuckled. She has 40 stray cats. All spayed and neutered too. Great gal and great food. I highly recommend you give it a try and pay no attention to her phone communication skills. Must i also add... Very clean pizza stop too.
