Some of the best food I have had in a long time. Every item was delicious. Fried pickles, mashed potatoes, gravy, Brussel sprouts, and the prickly pear margarita were amazing. Taking both cake choices home to try them. Highly recommend.
Food was excellent. Especially Caleb’s Fried pickles. Best I’ve ever had. I had the daily special of steak sandwich. Husband had Buffalo chicken sandwich. We cut each in half and swapped per usual. Fast service from the kitchen. Only downfall was the bar maid (we sat at the bar). Closing time is 10pm. We sat down at 7:45pm. Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe she had somewhere to be. Having her glare at us and loudly fling cleaning supplies was awkward at best. Will definitely be back at a more convenient time.

I am just starting the talks with Hoosier Roots about catering my 50th class reunion. After talking to Laura one time I knew the decision was made to go with Hoosier Roots. It was like sitting with a good friend talking about different menus, prices and dates. She said she would email more information on the different menus and it would have prices so I could get a good idea on how they would work with me on all my options. I believe I had that within 48 hours. She was so nice and their prices were actually better than I expected. After having lunch there several times I knew I had made a great decision. I can’t wait to go back and talk to her about all the details.Everyone I have talked to who has had dinner there has nothing but great reviews about their experience dining there. Our reunion is not until next year but to have them do the catering better not wait to have their date saved.I will keep you posted on how this process goes. I have no worries that my job will be made very eady working with Laura!!
