A small cafe, our meals took a minute, two, or three to be prepared, which was alright. Though, our coffee cups were cold and dry after our first round with no service in sight until our meals arrived. Sad! First world problems, right.
Our meals were nicely served, large ample portions capable to burst a gut if you attempted to eat it all! Prices were the most reasonable inhave seen in a long time across the nation!

Ricky’s at Pittsboro went above and beyond for my grandpa both today and for the past few years. He’s older and can’t get around anymore, but the wait staff absolutely adore him. He’s not able to go for daily breakfast anymore like he used to, but when he did go, it was the highlight of his day. Today was a hard day for him, but the staff loved on him and made sure he felt important. They had his order memorized and even took care of the check. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without Ricky’s these past couple years. They made sure my Grandpa was well taken care of.

Ricky's is always on it. We take the family for breakfast there frequently since they opened and they're service and food is always spot on for us. Every employee there is extremely nice and hard working. If you're a local this is a business you should support and if you're from out of town you should definitely give it a try.

We tried this place of the two options in town because we appreciate home cooked food. Instead we got generic boxed Mac and cheese and overly salted food. Waitress was super friendly but had to work the entire place by herself. Lots of seating. No parking.

I was super excited to try this place and I wanted to love it, but I've gotta be completely honest, I don't think I'll be back sadly. My main reasons for this is there is a major lack of parking availability, the seating are was not the most inviting (badly lit etc), I asked for a egg sunny side up and was given an egg that was practically like the chicken had just laid it lol #salmonella vibes. My other critique, maybe a little harsh, but the lack of coffee option/ quality kind of frustrated me. Like y'all gotta be able to make an ice coffee, or at least a decent hot one instead of sugary milk water....anyways aside from all this, the waiter was really kind and helpful so that's one good thing! And the french toast was pretty good too.
So, maybe it was just an off day, but the quality and care needed, just wasn't there.

The food and service is always great and reasonably priced.
I drove 20 minutes out of my way just to try this food and I get to the door and can't find parking because it doesn't have a parking lot and I was informed that they're closed when clearly it says they're open till 3:00 and it's 2:40. I didn't try the food obviously but as I'm walking away and the door is still not closed yet I heard the cashier get on my nerves as she's counting the drawer down when they shouldn't even be closed yet. I can't really give an opinion on this restaurant because I wasn't able to try it. Thank you for that I won't be stopping back to find out. Rude! ?
