Service is very slow. This is actually the first time we’ve been back here in two or three years because it was slow last time also. But the food is usually pretty good.

Handicap bathroom didn’t even have a lock on it. One of the paper towel dispensers doesn’t even work in the bathroom. Restaurant was so dirty. My server was great, but the person training her was insanely rude to me and my friend. As soon as I came in I wasn’t greeted. I was just told that I had to sit in a booth because she was cleaning the bar. Which was fine, but I then told my server we would have another person coming, so I had to order drinks for her, because they said the bar closed at 10:45pm which was news to me because I came last week and had drinks past 11pm. The trainer then set our drinks angrily on the table, and said “ I can only have so many drinks at the table, this is a restaurant not a bar.” The comment literally upset me because I felt like she was getting upset with me for ordering for my friend. The trainer ruined my night, I just wanted some drinks after a long day I had at work, but she made my night worse. Ruined my whole experience with AppleBee’s.

Was out celebrating my partner's upcoming birthday 🖤 stopped here at Applebee's. Bartender was great and very helpful when it came to making my partners drink. Food was great.

The staff was working - we sat at the bar. Our bartender was delivering food to tables. I saw waitresses literally jogging from tables to kitchen and hustling from kitchen to tables.

But my food was cold; not only cold - it was overcooked. They gave us plasticware - not actual silverware.

To me, this indicates a lack of good management. They are understaffed and under-supported. Disappointed in the overall experience but I don’t think it was the staff to blame.

The food, atmosphere and service were all amazing. The womens restrooms on the other hand are freezing. Almost as cold as the outside. Even though i would definitely recommend it.

I ordered through curbside app hours in advance for a 7 pm pickup time in Plymouth IN 46506 and all I ordered was two meals burger and salad and a appetizer which was about 50 dollars but of course when you get home your exited for a meal nope my whole appetizer wasn’t in there and no dressing when I asked if was in the bag! And in order for me to get my refund I had to be spoke down two and harassed by Manger Kelsey in order to wait for almost a month for a refund if you call back your stuck with a employee that tells you there no manger on shift this was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to handle a phone call hope this can help others! And to ovoid the inconvenience

Waited an hour for our meals and 45 minutes for our appetizer (onion rings ) our last time we will stop there to eat. It’s really gone down the last couple years

I'm disappointed with my recent visit to Applebee's. I ordered the Chicken Tortilla Soup, and it arrived lukewarm. I asked our server to warm it up, but unfortunately, that made the tortilla chips soggy, turning the whole dish into a mushy mess. In hindsight, I wish they had offered to bring me a new bowl or extra chips on the side.

What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was friendly when we first ordered, but after that, we were pretty much forgotten. They only checked in on us once the entire meal, despite us being pretty visible. It felt like they had abandoned us!

I noticed there were plenty of staff around, including managers and a bus person, but no one else seemed to care that we were there. It was a bit frustrating to the MANGER just hanging around while the other staff was obviously busy we waited for basic service. Needless to say, I won't be back anytime soon.

You'd think at 11 when they open they'd be ready to go. Bartender said there was a call off so she was the only one there.. okay fine. Food took FOREVER to come out, queso was cold, and I was given the wrong soup. Food tastes okay but they clearly need help. I saw a manager twice but he didn't seem to do much to help

Saturday lunch with 2 friends and it was not good at all. Took forever to get our order taken. Then forever to get the food. White queso dip came out stone cold like it was just out of the can. Never asked if we wanted refills or came back to check if everything was OK. Stopped another server doing her best and she was obviously annoyed with her co worker but trying to help us out. Get it together Applebee's...I can come teach some basic customer service skills and we can start there.
