David, Michael, and Mikey were amazing dealing with my elderly father and our very friendly talkative grandson. We are inside and the dining area was cleaner than most. Food was hot and fresh. Mozzarella sticks for fire ? Will come here again.

Like the rest of fast food nowadays, if your looking for cold fries, a cold chicken wrap, and not fully cooked Mac n cheese, this is your place. They had me pull up and wait about ten minutes for my food. For what, I have no idea. It was all garbage.

This place is a complete disaster.Bathrooms out of order, the staff can only do so much with damn near nothing to work with."Come to Arby's, watch for craters in our parking lot, and expect to pull forward past the window when no one is behind you."Is it better than nothing??

My wife and I went when it was between 1 + 3 and was supposed to be special deals. Was supposed to get lighter very small milkshake and swept and fries for $1 according to sign on your window. Then they charged me a dollar 29 for each. When I asked the girl she says no it says in fine print dollar 29 when I went out and took a close look it says no such thing dozen large letters for each thing $1 each. Then at the bottom it says nothing about being a dollar 29. The girl wanted to argue with me. As a result they have lost my business. If she work for me. She would have been fired
It was nice finally being able to go in and sit down. Much better eating at a table instead of the front seat. The crew on duty were really fast.

Making people pull past the window to make there numbers look good. Kind of shady making people think the line isn't long so people don't pull away without paying or pulling away before ordering.

Restrooms had rust in the toilets & sinks. It should be a little more presentable if you want customers coming back. Also the floor was very sticky to walk, seems like they haven't mopped in a while.

The cashier was newer with only a months experience, which we didn’t mind. She asked multiple questions of staff, which we also didn’t mind. Then we were told there was no roast beef for 15-20 minutes after we had already paid. We didn’t mind, we just asked for a refund and would change our orders. Then the newer cashier got really sassy and whiny with her coworkers to do the refund. It was really unprofessional, and I felt like I was witnessing a toddler about to throw a tantrum to the staff. The order and refund ended up taking 5-7 minutes and then wait on food took maybe another 3-5, so we might as well have gotten roast beef.On another hand, the bathrooms are also disgusting. Every piece of porcelain was orange and stained, which I passed as really rusty water, but the bathrooms across the parking lot were fine. Awful place. Go to the McDonald’s across the street.
