I go here regularly. It was pretty busy and I stood in line for almost 10 minutes. When I got to the register the employee just walked away mid order... Then, when I got my food, It was cold and I was missing my mozzerella sticks... I asked them to remake my Rueben sandwhich which took another 10 minutes! Horrible services and rude staff especially the young one with pink hair at the front. Just in a bad mood when speaking to me.Why????

First, had to wait twice the amount of the normal time. Got two ruebens, the paper was smeared with the sauce. The sandwich was completely wet from the sauerkraut not being drained. The corned beef was cold. The worst sandwich I've had from them. Very dissapointing. Value for the money, terrible.

Nasty!!! Dirty!!! Dining room empty and it was dirty, soda area, tables needed wiped down, food on floor. Waited for food and sandwich was cold and had more cheese on wrapper than the actual sandwich

This was my second visit.... first and last. They weren't busy and the dining room was a complete mess.... so tables were filthy!!! Soda fountain was disgusting.... never again

Out of the cheese stake sandwich. Settled for a French dip. Also ordered Mac and cheese. You would think that if you order a French dip, you would need something to dip it in. Was not given the au jus. And apparently I was to eat the Mac and cheese with my fingers. No utensil. This order was at the drive through so once I was on the road, I was not turning around and driving the 10 minutes back. I paid $28.54 for poor customer service and poor attention to detail for basic orders. At least they got the classic roast beef and cheddar w/o Arby’s sauce and two orders of city fries right. Kinda hard to mess up a Dr. Pepper and Sprite thought not impossible.
Went through the drive thru yesterday afternoon. First of the the black gentleman who took my order was AWESOME ! He was very friendly and postive. !! I just ordered a turkey sandwich, no drink or fries. The sandwich was like $8.49. I can't imagine paying that amount for just a sandwich ! I can't see how any Arbys will be in business in the near future. Give that worker at the drive thru a raise, he was amazing !
