Ordered the Chicago Style Deep Dish and it was absolutely delicious! 60 minute wait time, so call ahead. It's worth the wait! It's hard to find a proper Chicago style pizza and this place did not disappoint. I'm a very happy customer!

Will never go back here again. Our order was wrong, on top of, there was mold in one of our cheese cups and in the other cup, the cheese looked curdled and smelled horrible. I called to inform them of this. And the young lady that answered, was short with me and just said “okay.” Didn’t even apologize nor tried to fix the situation. It was bad customer service.

We’ve ordered from Bruno’s multiple times and we’ve sadly experienced disappointment each time. A common issue is the food not being ready when they say it will and our order not being correct. The final straw was tonight, 11/15. I ordered pizza at 5:15 to be ready at 6:40. We picked up at 6:45, got into the car and drove down the road when we decided to check our order. We were given the wrong pizza and when my husband went inside to get our correct one, they told us it was given to someone else. We were told it would be a 10 minute wait for a new pizza. I understand that mistakes happen but each time we try to give them another chance (every couple of months), something is wrong. Two jumbo pizzas, 2 orders of breadsticks, and 2 salads for $93 is a lot to pay when the order is always wrong and not ready on time.

Friday night we ordered pizza for my husbands birthday and we were told it should be ready around 6:58 if i remember correctly. we got there a little after 7, our pizza still wasn’t ready and i didn’t leave there till almost 7:30. other people were sitting inside and looked like they had been there awhile as well. i’m not too familiar with who runs this store, but whoever was working they night looked like they didn’t know anything they was going on. they were losing orders, running around looking confused, and charging people for wrong items. and i’m pretty sure my husband got food poising from our pizza. the sausage was still pink on the inside and he ended up coming down with a fever, chills, nausea, and stomach cramps the last few days. i’m not sure if we will ever eat here again.

Just moved from Indianapolis. And looking for a good pizza spot.Two of the nicest young ladies you could ever meet. Definitely becoming a regular.
Awesome pizza. New owners and staff are great! Ordered a 20 inch double sausage double mushroom. Done in thirty minutes and cooked perfectly. 30 dollars! The prices for what you get beat anyone in town. Please tip the staff when you are there. I watched three people come in grab their pizza and leave no tip. They work hard with only a few employees. Show the staff some appreciation and leave a tip!
