I went three times. Every time I went I had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to take an order, because no body was at the counter. People are rude. They ran out of onion rings, though I ordered some. I would not go there.

I go to Burger King in Knox, Indiana all the time and Burger King in North Judson, Indiana all the time Burger King in Plymouth Indiana has given me the worst service so far waited in line for 10 minutes. No one came to take my order. She told me to wait as I waited the 10 minutes when I pulled up to the first window, I waited another three minutes and left.

Don't bother this location has went completely down hill last four times I've tried to go there I ran outta time waiting to order watched so many drive off for same reason. I get it everyone's short staffed but this is rediculous and not the consumers fault so why should they have to pay for it. This location is giving burger King a bad name and corporate needs to intervene. But when you sit there for twenty minutes waiting in drive through just to order and get told three times they'll be with you in a moment with literally nobody in drive through ahead of you it's pretty rediculous. Watched nine people get tired of waiting and drive off, Shame burger King shame

Came through the drive through and after taking our order, we were told to pay at the first window. Between 5 & 10 mins passed with no one there, so I pulled up to the second window where we were greeted by some young teeny bopper with a snotty attitude. She instructed us to go back to the first window because the attendant was “on her way now.” Gave me a crooked smile the type that screamed attitude. I ignored it and went anyway, but when we found ourselves waiting again for someone, enough time passed that I wondered if she was coming from home maybe. That’s where we had enough, and just left. I can be patient with time constraints, but the attitude from the young girl set me off. We won’t be back, and I’ll make some other reviews on other platforms so people know what to expect at the Plymouth Indiana store.

Will not be back to this fast food chain, now 2 days in a row, I would wait 4-5 minutes at their drive through order microphone with a additional car in the other lane, after 5 minutes I walked inside and was totally ignored for a few more minutes (4-5). I will shop where the staff treat their customers with respect and we’ll take their food order. I am done with just another lame fast food place.

The food was good. No doubt. But let’s talk about what happened last night. We had a big order, 3 kids and 2 adults. Total , 4 bags. The young girl told me two of the kids meal were in one bag, playing it off as if both whopper meals were on n two different bags. I pulled up and checked my bag. Turns out? We didn’t one of the whopper meals, nor fries to the one the we did get. I went inside and told them I don’t have half of my order and what was missing , the lady at the counter started laughing loud & stated to the other worker “ she’s back for that whopper” laughing. As if it was intentional. To me? It sounded intentional as ever . Because why lie about he kids meal being in one bag ? When it wasn’t ? To take my money? Or to take my food? PLEASE CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE WITH THESE WORKERS BEING HERE. Either they are pocketing money or taking food

Literally this Burger King sucked. I placed my order via the app that said it would be ready in four minutes. My order didn’t come out till about 30 minutes later 25 minutes of which I had asked already for a refund. The manager told me since I placed the order through the app, he wouldn’t be able to do that so I asked for my order and then they gave me nothing but cold food so I am deleting my Burger King app and never shopping at Burger King again. Corporate should shut this location down being that the reviews at this particular location literally are the same issues over and over again. I went across the street to McDonald’s to eat my food.

The Latina girl was very mean, it's a shame that a Latina is racist with another Latina, she said that she didn't feel like speaking to me in Spanish. I have worked for Burger King before and they trained me to serve the customer, the guy who helped me was very good

We ordered online, and the card charged. Call them to ask if they can add extra tomatoes to the whopper. The guy said that the home of the whopper was out of whoppers, and all they had left was burgers. What is a whopper? Isn't that a burger. Why did you charge my card, and now I need to call customer service because you're incompetent. I bet this was any employee thinking they deserve $17.00 per hour for not knowing how to turn a grill on and push the proper buttons. It is people like that who got the job of scraping gum from the bottom of tables. Go lick the windows some more.

It’s like they decided to hire everyone using drugs … couldn’t even speak straight or stand still couldn’t follow order's could clearly see they were under the influence of drugs doesn’t take a scientist to see that nodding in and out! …. Took them multiple times to ask what I wanted and I repeatedly said over and over N0 pickle ect for her to say so just pickle not once but 9 times! I corrected her and the cook and got my food for it to be ALL pickles go in explain again NOT once but 3 times while in there multiple ppl had same issues. Food was fresh all but the NEW sandwich they couldn’t get right that was room temp couldn’t even eat it at that point. Maybe don’t hire people tweaking to run your restaurant.
