We ordered online, and the card charged. Call them to ask if they can add extra tomatoes to the whopper. The guy said that the home of the whopper was out of whoppers, and all they had left was burgers. What is a whopper? Isn't that a burger. Why did you charge my card, and now I need to call customer service because you're incompetent. I bet this was any employee thinking they deserve $17.00 per hour for not knowing how to turn a grill on and push the proper buttons. It is people like that who got the job of scraping gum from the bottom of tables. Go lick the windows some more.

It’s like they decided to hire everyone using drugs … couldn’t even speak straight or stand still couldn’t follow order's could clearly see they were under the influence of drugs doesn’t take a scientist to see that nodding in and out! …. Took them multiple times to ask what I wanted and I repeatedly said over and over N0 pickle ect for her to say so just pickle not once but 9 times! I corrected her and the cook and got my food for it to be ALL pickles go in explain again NOT once but 3 times while in there multiple ppl had same issues. Food was fresh all but the NEW sandwich they couldn’t get right that was room temp couldn’t even eat it at that point. Maybe don’t hire people tweaking to run your restaurant.

waited upfront for 8 minutes to buy a bag of ice, which they have like 3 signs outside saying bag of ice $2 only to be told "we're not selling ice we're too busy". when i was the only one in the lobby and the drive thru line wasn't even backed up to speakers.

Went through drive thru, Out of Dr. Pepper to start with, gave order. Get food, Whopper has no onions at all, whopper Jr has too many onions and both burgers were cold, like maybe room temp, no ice in drinks, which I had to ask for as they didn't give to us, no napkins, only good thing was the onions rings, but didn't give us special sauce as requested for onion rings. Sooo disappointed, and prices are out of control.
Constantly getting orders completely incorrect and when you go back through and get them fixed they still aren't correct. They're fries or nuggets are usually cold aswell. And the wait is horrible even when there are only 3 people in line. One of the worst burger kings around

I stopped in to try the new chicken wraps and was nicely surprised. I had the honey mustard(which I will order again) and the crispy chicken( which has a little too much mayo for my taste). I will certainly be ordering these again.
Pulled up to the speaker, was told to order, decided what we wanted, proceeded to order but got no response. Lady pulled up to other speaker and they proceeded to take her order and the lady behind hers order. Horrible service.
