I am very disappointed in this place and will never eat there again. Went there for dinner and ordered the Chicken Alfredo and I did not like the taste of it. I told the waitress I didn’t like it and she said she would tell someone. Some guy came to our table and ask what was wrong with it and I told him I didn’t like the taste of it he was like it’s one of our best sellers. Then he takes it and dumps it in the trash. He then brings our bill and he charges us full price for it. My husband ask your charging us full price for a meal that she only ate 1 bite of and the guy said yes. Wouldn’t even give a discount. Will never give this restaurant any more of my money.

Above average ? Our server was playful and attentive with our party of seven. The food was a little above average and the prices were very decent. I've also heard that their lunch is excellent. I'd certainly return.

It's ok. Way too high of a potato to whatever ratio in their breakfast skillet. My over easy eggs were not. Lastly $17 for a skillet and cup of coffee was a bit much.

Great place to have a meal and relax. The staff is very courteous and the owner, Carol visited with us. Yazmin served us and she was a happy soul. We will definitely be visiting more often.
Carry-out food was somewhat cold, got our order wrong, meatloaf was dry and tasteless,looked like it was cooked in the morning and set under a warming light all day.

The wait staff were pleasant & attentive, worked well as a team. The portions were good, the 3 of us each carried home about half of our meal. The food presented well & was tasty.

I come to Castaways quite often with my family, friends, coworkers, and my clients. The staff are friendly and engaging with my toddler(the owner and the wait staff have even played with my daughter and always take the time to let her know she's important), and they're absolutely amazing with my clients who are intellectually disabled(they're very patient and never rush them to order, they are very sweet and friendly and always engaging and helpful). The owners are amazing people, who always make you feel welcome and make sure you're taken care of--even if that means waiting the tables, bussing the tables, cashing out customers themselves. I have never had a bad experience in the dozens of times I have gone here over the years. The food is always amazing, and the portions are huge. You never leave hungry, most of the time you leave with leftovers. The entire restaurant is very homey and cozy, I love the diner feel, and I love how comfortable it always is to be there. You never feel out of place. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
