I witnessed very troubling behavior by managers at the Culver’s in Plymouth, IN. On multiple occasions!! I observed managers (named Brian and Chrish) who appear to have a pattern of unprofessional conduct, including disrespectful treatment of the employee(s) and inappropriate comments that i can only assume create a very uncomfortable environment for both me (the customer) and the employees. I also heard one manager (Chrish) repeatedly use derogatory language aimed at a team member (targeting them for their sexual orientation) and heard him make a verbal threat (Joking or serious??)saying he would “kill people.” I saw another manager (Brian) angrily berate an employee for asking when she could go home. She was just a little elderly lady,she looked tired. Upper management appeared to laugh off or ignore these incidents. This behavior is unacceptable and creates an unsafe environment for employees and customers. It’s especially troubling to see this kind of behavior overlooked by upper management. From what I’ve seen, and heard around town there are clear “favorites,”. I truly hope the ownership or corporate office takes a closer look at the management culture, because the team members and customers deserve better. My favs are the only reason I keep coming back! Shout out Paula for being a kind soul and dealing with people like that!

Crazy.... Had a guy work out of the kitchen with his blue gloves on and walked into the bathroom and csme back out with his blue gloves on and walk back into the kitchen with his gloves on....gross
