We've eaten here twice. The food has been fairly good, and fairly priced based on the quality. In fact I would even go as far to say good value for the price, in some regards. The ambiance is pair for the course as well. Wait staff has been slow and inattentive both times. This last time we almost left before our drink order was made right from the beginning. During the meal I had to get up and go find someone to fill my drink.(This was after my wife shared her drink a couple times with me.) Later, after the meal, I had to find someone to get a box for leftovers and the bill. This last time was by far the worst service we've received in a while from any establishment. I want to like this place but we don't have the time. There were others that seemed to get taken care of to be fair. So it's not all wait staff, and I think our waitress was spread far. It remains to be seen if we'll go for a third time.

Can’t really call yourself Chophouse if you can’t cook a steak correctly. Nothing like ordering a medium rare filet for it to come out well done twice. We attended during one of their Dinner with Santa weekends and the kids enjoyed it, staff was sweet and welcoming. But food was not Swan Lake quality.

2nd time dining. Found just as enjoyable. Had a table by the window and was able to talk with wife with no problems and views outside every nice. Staff excellent and took advantage of Hamburger special and have to say excellent meal. Took home a slice of carrots cake ? in the top of list ?.

Food was not good. Greasy, tasteless fish with overdone batter. Fries cold and dried out. Waste of time and money. Beautiful place and decorated nicely but they need to work on their menu and kitchen staff. Very disappointed.

Our food was excellent! The view and the ambiance were lovely. However, our waitress was the downfall of our experience. Before she waited on us, we heard a table next to us try to give her their payment while she was there and she said, “No, I'll come back for it.” And they waited a long time for her to come back. That should have been our warning. She was inattentive and slow for us as well. We were there for two hours because of her poor service. It really made celebrating our anniversary a bummer by the end of it all.

Chophouse was nice, but spendy. Table placement makes conversations difficult for those who have hearing problems. Food was good. Service was good. Did have to wait a bit for drink refills. Nothing noted on menu about Glutin-free items.

1st seat by window looking out at waterfall. was very friendly and helpful. The meal was excellent. My wife had ribs, and I had Bison meatloaf excellent. Cheese cake for dessert one was all you need very good. Had a Great Night Out.

My boyfriend and I ate here last night and he has been extremely sick since. Our waitress seemed to be rushing us to order and was not attentive. Our food was terrible. My boyfriend ordered the Philly and was given little square pieces of dried up meat on an old hoagie. I ordered the ribs which were extremely tough and had a strong overpowering vinegar flavor. I also was not given a knife to cut them properly so I had to use my butter knife. My food was supposed to come with a vegetable but they decided to not put that on my plate. My mashed potatoes tasted good but were ice cold and the coleslaw was disgusting. The drinks and alligator bites were the only good part of the meal. I do not recommend this restaurant especially for the amount of $ you pay for it. Go to Applebee's instead.

Celebrated wedding anniversary with my sister & brother-in-law...we ordered lobster ravioli which was amazing & also had the fish dinner. Asked to sub baked potato instead of fries, there was an up charge for that & we were surprised it didn't come with a vegetable & a salad wasn't even offered. No real cocktail menu & the desserts were ok but definitely not as good as we expected them to be.

Well first off let me say that I have eaten dinner here twice before and both time things were good. This time I ordered my steak medium as I always do. It came to me OVER DONE.... It was so well done there wasn't even a drop of juice that came from it. Now rarely do I use steak sauce but this time I had no choice but to. Should I have said something probably but I Had nothing to eat on this day due to our schedule. Thought a nice steak dinner would be the perfect thing but was I wrong. Unfortunately I will have to reconsider my next trip to this establishment. Love the golf course but the chop house.............
