Lunch with the team today, the help was very friendly, the food was very good, appetizers could of been larger for what the cost. Sandwich and fries was a big portion. Look forward to going back and trying some other things on the menu.
We all had sandwiches. They were good and very filling. With French fries we had trouble eating all of our food. Even the kids meals were big.
Good portion size top shelf drinks reasonably priced. ?⭐⭐⭐⭐
Food was a little expensive but it was good. It was about 5:00 and they were out of a lot of stuff though.
Rude owners and overpriced food. Nothing has changed since it was the "Country Club". They cater to their select group of friends and out of towners are treated with disrespect. I personally had my girlfriend looked at with scorn by long time members. My grandparents helped build this venue and I was banned by my own "Uncle" because I stood up for myself. I will never spend another dime at this establishment.
The ribs here are to die for! Great atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place.
One of the best! Fantastic service. The food was great. No complaints, and I will definitely be back. Thank you! Karla’s the best.
The ribs and salmon are fantastic! Always enough left over for lunch the next day. Been eating at Fat Katz 1-3 times a week since the opened. Good friendly service and great food each visit!
We have been to this restaurant 4 times since it opened with a new owner in NOVEMBER. All four times we have been there we have had issues. From cold food, bad service or just plain boring atmosphere. Last night took the cake. It Took someone 7 minutes to introduce us to a waitress and another 22 minutes before we were even served water. Ordered our typical 5 whole wings which were very good even though they came out as 3 dummies and 2 wings. Definitely not the whole wings as stated on their menu. Also ordered the mulligan salad at 16.99 which was a very nice salad but over priced. To top it off, the owner frequently goes around and talks to guest to check in with them. All 4 times we have never had the pleasure of meeting the new owner. However, last night he did stand In front of our table multiple times to watch the Purdue - Kansas game and chat with the table in front of us. This used to be our go to on a Friday or Saturday night. But, now it is just a restaurant of convenience since its just across the lake from us.
I have been to this new restaurant several times within the last month. I like the wings and egg rolls for casual eats during the game for the playoffs. But the prime rib is hands down the best I have had. It really is worth the money. I also liked the cod oh and the burgers are amazing. The KC strip was delicious too. Yea, I like to eat.

The food and service have been amazing every time I've ate at FAT KATZ. I've has the pork egg rolls for my appetizer on two occasions and they were cooked to perfection each time. I also recommend the Lettuce Boats. They have smoked sweat port layered in crisp lettuce leaves. The flavor is out of this world. The Hacker sandwich, smoked pulled pork BBQ, was also a treat. I hope next time I come they are not out of the prime rib quesadilla and taco salad. The looked amazing on the table next to me. Thursdays are 1/2 off appetizer night. I'm planning on returning to FAT KATZ as often as I can.
Brisket quesadilla and a tall cold beer hit the spot on a cold Saturday evening- worth a visit!
