I was in town from Ohio and stopped in to get a bite. The food was good and the service was outstanding. A lady Roxanne was so helpful, sweet and funny that she made my visit so enjoyable. This lady is a keeper as she really knows how to treat her customers.

This place is terrible. I watched the burger assembly guy build and take apart my burger 3 times then take it apart again to make it a single for the drive through. When I asked the lady what the hell he was doing her response was "I don't know. Things happen, things exist" don't come here if you're in a hurry. They suck.

Ezequiel Ramos was amazing, provided great customer service and was very pleasant. This was by far the best fast food experience I’ve ever had. He did not rush me through my order, made sure my food was fresh and was just overall outstanding. I truly appreciate his amazing customer service.
How do you screw up a Frisco sandwich? All you got to do is just look at the picture. It is literally a picture of ham egg and cheese on a sourdough bun. Nowhere, in that picture, is bacon involved. I will not be coming back to this Hardee's again.

The restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was cooked fresh and fries were hot. Ezekiel did a great job taking care of us. The Hardee's around my area is trash. I would drive an hour just for the experience thanks to Ezekiel.

the guy at the counter was incredibly caring and respectful, he informed the staff that was cooking to take precautions as to not contaminate my fathers food with onions as he was allergic. whenever he was distracted by something he was incredibly apologetic and kind. honestly, that man deserves a raise and i hope both the sides of his pillow are cold. realistically, its probably the bare minimum, but its rare to get such good service.
