Super cute coffee shop in our small town. It’s got a big city vibe tucked away in the downtown of our Hallmark channel Indiana town. Not the place to camp out and work for the day, but definitely the place to pop into, sit and enjoy the plants, and visit on the couch. And their coffee is SO good! Unique flavors and quality coffee.

So it's Sunday in the wonderful sleepy town of Plymouth. I was looking for a coffee option as the once I knew are closed on Sunday. I'm so glad they were. I found Ivy Terra and decided to get some java there (trying to avoid Starbucks and the commercial options). This place is a great little hidden gem. The coffee options were great and the latte I ordered was wonderful. If you are looking for decaf this is not your spot, caffeinated only. That said, the atmosphere and the service was wonderful. I met the owners (Sarah and Ron I believe) and chatted with them for a while. We bonded over our shared California experience. While you are waiting they have a comfy cozy room with plants which you can buy. If you wanted to meet with someone it's a really quaint little spot. I highly recommend giving this place a try and I'll be going back again in the future. A big thanks for the great coffee and conversation!!

My whole family loves this place and the owners are absolutely amazing.
This place was so cute and the service was great! I got one of their fall drinks the Butterbeer Latte and some macaroons and everything was great. When I have more time to explore everything they offer I will come back!!

My friends and I were there this past weekend. Horrible customer service. Friends tried asking her questions multiple times tried to check which flavors they may have been out of or suggestions/offers of cold foam and the owner was rude the whole time saying things like “I don’t know; we have a lot of flavors”. Then when I tried to pay for my item I asked multiple times if they did tap pay since I left my wallet in the car. I asked about three times both the owner and her husband (who looked at me when I asked the third time, fully acknowledging me) were behind the counter. Finally my friend was the one who answered my question. I understand having bad days and not being able to interact with customers with usual fervor, but simply answering customers’ questions would be the bare minimum of customer service and that wasn’t doable for the owner. I like the store and I like the coffee and it wasn’t my first time coming here but this experience was disappointing. We like to support small businesses and we loved the vibe of the whole place but the customer service took away from our experience.

I AM OBSESSED. Beautiful atmosphere, healthy and gorgeous plants, incredible owners and guests and conversation, and perfect coffee and food. The first Saturday of every month, they host an artisan market for local artists to display and sell their creations. Ivy Terra is such a gem in this community!
