They aren't "freaky fast" at all, but the food is good. I was the only car in the drive thru and it took over 14 minutes to get my 3 sandwiches. They're better than subway, tho.

We placed a delivery order, one hour later, no delivery. When we called in, they didn’t notice it was still sitting on the shelf an hour later, this included potato salad that sat out for an hour. They said they would remake our food my husband had to go pick up.Food was terrible. Soggy sandwich, doubt it was remade. Hot sandwich, bread completely hard, probably microwaved. We ended up throwing it all away. WILL NOT EVER GO HERE AGAIN KEEP YOUR STORE CREDIT!!SURE WISH WE HAD A JERSEY MIKES, we drive to South Bend for that!!

usually we love jimmy john’s & prefer it. but today was not the day. spent $28 for 2 meals and a kids sub. half a slice of turkey in our kids sub, and our sandwiches barely had anything on them either. usually we don’t have this experience here so it’s a little upsetting. especially paying almost $30 for the amount of food on the subs.

Ordered 4 sandwiches and 1 they didn't get right. I ordered the chicken bbq minus lettuce, tomato and mayo. Get it home and it didn't even have cheese on it. I spend that much for that sandwich and they can't even make it right, after they repeated it correctly and the receipt is correct, very

Food is good if you can get the kids out of the back room to make your dang sandwich! This is the third time I've ordered online at this location and had to go in after 25 minutes of waiting and they had not even started making our order. No one else in the store or drive through. So I don't know what the he up is. Maybe a manager needs to be on site to make sure employees are actually working and not on their phones in the back ignoring online orders.

I went through the drive-through with my boyfriend and ordered two sandwiches and a bag of BBQ chips. It was pretty slow in the line because Jimmy John's slogan of Freaky Fast means nothing now. Got up to the window, got the bag, "have a nice day". When we got home there were no chips in the bag but of course they charged for them.
