Hot mess. Super busy Saturday morning and the drive thru was disorganized. It took 20 minutes to get our order. Unfortunately, we believe a bag that was taken back from the vehicle in front of us was our food, which was taken inside and brought to us.

This place is a real JOKE! I am disabled, in bed and can't move.... my caretaker order me a McDouble with NO KETCHUP, EXTRA MUSTARD, EXTRA PICKLES AND EXTRA ONIONS! They gave him a McDouble with NO MUSTARD, EXTRA KETCHUP, EXTRA ONIONS AND EXTRA PICKLES! AND NO RECIEPT! I CALLED AND TOLD THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID WITHOUT A RECEIPT THERE IS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO! I wish I could work and get $15 per hour to provide SLOW service and Screw up the orders.....

Traveling through Indiana. Front line service was fine except he entered one of our customized sandwich requests incorrectly. Then the grill messed up both sandwich requests. This was a 3 item order. Only my frappe was done correctly. Cleanliness was ok…both lobby and bathroom needed touched up but was not as bad as I’ve seen in some.

Ice coffee wasn't made correctly...2 times! Young man rolled his eyes at me..lol...because I made him take it back inside and remake it...and it still wasn't right!! Lol..bless his heart.

So they did forget one item out of our initial order, but the girl working more than made up for it. The service was great, friendly, and compensated us for our time. We appreciate good customer service, so it’s worth a good review. 3 stars on the food just because I haven’t found McDonalds food I like, but I don’t blame the staff for this.

Friendly staff, burger was mediocre, snack wraps aren't what they used to be (maybe the ranch 🤷🏻♂️), but the restaurant was clean, and though they were busy I didn't have to wait too long, oh, and the s'mores flurry is fire js lol

I come here a lot. Usually it’s fine. However this last time, I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese with no bun. This is what I got. 😐
OMG, $1.50 to add a small dollop of Mayo and another $1.50 to add 2 small pickles to s sandwich. How about $0.00 to drive away. One reason we stopped going here.

Worst mcdonald's ever. Every. Morning I have to take my order back in. And I do mean every single time. I order a big breakfast. Every time they give me a rock hard biscuit. And some scraps of an egg. Everything tastes disgusting because it has been sitting there for 3 hours. They do not rotate the food like they are supposed to. And then they get an attitude with you because you don't want to eat garbage And then they get an attitude with you because you don't want to eat garbage.
