Second time this week using the drive thru & will be the last time. Ordered hot cakes/sausage & not provided butter, syrup, silverware, or napkins. Called to speak with manager & complete waste of time. Hire some workers that deserve the pay you offer & have attention to detail. How hard is it to put items in a bag then make sure it’s complete especially since there were no other customers at the time. There are elderly women that work the drive- thru & those days orders are complete. The younger employees are not capable of getting an order correct.

Bathrooms were awful. Dirty, Half things in bathroom didn't work or were empty. Diet coke flat and tasted bad. Whole place was dirty. Food marginal

McDonald’s is always a good place to go for a cheap bite to eat. I’ve had a few experiences at this McDonald’s where I get the wrong food so that’s not the greatest. The renovated seating area is very nice and it’s generally clean.

So. Since it was bought by the new owners this place has improved in leaps and bounds. The food is normally right and hot. My only major gripe is they almost always forget the ranch or the apple slices in my kids happy meal. But that's and easy fix. Overall there has been huge improvement here.
