I never write reviews but this needs to be shared. Husband orders from app and sends me order code. I go pick up. They treat me like an incompetent child saying to go to the other McDonald’s cause they don’t have that order number. I confirm with husband it’s the right address. Still treating me like crap. Husband goes, gives SAME order code and they tell him the code just didn’t work for me and now it does. No apology, no accountability. Food is cold and nasty,...read full review
At 5:20 pm today (6/25) we got 2 cheese burger meals to go. They were awful - cold burgers and the buns were hard around the outside.
This so be the last time we eat at the Plymouth McDonald's as the food is never warm.

McDonald's is a popular restaurant known for its play area for kids. The service and food specials were a pleasant surprise, with staff going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The drive-thru worker was very helpful and informative, and both the worker and manager were very pleasant. The food was fresh, and the service was great. The restaurant is also camper parking friendly, which is a treat for those pulling an RV. However, cleanliness was an issue during a recent visit, with several dirty tables and unclean bathrooms. Overall, the restaurant has potential for greatness, but cleanliness must be addressed to ensure a positive dining experience for all customers.
