Came to the drive through to order my food like (normal) human! After every item that I ordered she kept insisting to me to move onto the last window even though I had much more to order! I was very polite and stated that I still had more to order but she didn’t care and kept rushing me. Over and over and over again until I said enough of this! She was blond bigger and very rude! If you can’t be good at customer service and be patient with the person giving you their money. You need to be apprehended or fired! Horrible experience!

Ordered a Daily Double meal and got a terrible sandwich, the included 4 piece nugget had 3 pieces, and the drink station had empty tea containers and the only one with tea still was overdue to be changed.

The order was wrong and I asked for a coffee with two creams gave me a black coffee and told me the creamers are in the bag he gave me a bagel which I did not order and it was hard I usually stop here every morning for coffee I would say 50%

My food was burnt and made wrong when i asked for it to be remade the worker got an attitude and asked why i couldnt just eat it. The play place was extremely dirty with food and trash and grime that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, all the tables needed whiped down and the floor was covered in food and reciepts.

The kiosk experience is terrible,especially when it doesn’t even print a receipt. Because it tries to upsell you over and over, it takes much longer than it should.
Next time I’ll just go through the drive-through. It would be faster and better.
Staff never interacted with me and ignored me my entire time I was there. They toss your food up on the counter next to one of the worker’s dirty socks that they put on the food pickup counter and left without a care in the world in-front of the manager. You will have to order from the kiosk and they will not open a register for you. And the bathroom is horrible.
