HORRIBLE!! I'd rather take the extra time to go to the Martin's Starbucks!!! I sat at the store this morning waiting on my online order until i began running late for work because the store wasn't open bc the keyholder didn't show up remind you not even a note on the door from the employees waiting in the parking lot. Prior to this happening my last three drinks have had n9 flavor when it normally do3s and the management will argue with you saying there's coffee in the drinks there shouldn't be flavor other then coffee. Smh. Ive given them numerous chances but im officially DONE

the staff was nice but i sat inside for 30 minutes waiting on one latte, and even after checking with the baristas twice they still hadn’t started it and i was now late to work and had to leave so i didn’t even get the coffee i paid for

Waited in line to order for 10 minutes. Then they took 20 minutes to make my simple drink. They were only making drive through orders and not dine in. Then they proceeded to make 2 other customers drinks before I got mine. Then mine was even wrong.

Ever since that guy took over the store, there is such an awful atmosphere. It’s like all the girls are afraid of him.

Also, Patty, one of the workers there, people have said she puts things in the customers, that she doesn’t like, drinks that make them sick. Really? How is that okay?

They messed up my drink 3 times then told me I had to come inside to get my order because I was messing with their drive through time. No one else was behind me in line. If they would've made the drink right in the first place, they wouldn't have had that issue. Very rude women work here I won't come back. When you're paying $7 for a drink it needs to be made correctly.
