Went through the drive thur today and a couple items were missing from my bag. I go inside and the ladies working were very rude and one of them even rolled her eyes at me. Maybe get the order right in the first place!

Ordered 2 double stack tacos, and 2 softshell tacos, asked for no lettuce/tomato on them. Softshells were correct, doublestacks were not. Lady manning the drivethrough rushed me through my order, didn't get half of it correct, nor said not a single thing to me the whole time at the window, didn't look in my direction, nothing. What a shame. Poor treatment of customers.

I went through the drive through to pick up food for my kids. They wanted two chicken quesadillas, and two burrito supremes. After placing the order, while waiting on the line my kids canceled the burritos. At the window I apologized to the attendant who was very understanding, but another woman in the background could be heard complaining and cussing over the cancellation. What kind of professionalism is that? I understand the inconvenience, and promptly apologized for that, but to make loud complaints against customers is unacceptable. I’ll contact corporate over this as well.

My bf and I have a lot of dietary restrictions but my order is almost always right here, thankfully! I don't put much stock (if any) into the service because it's obviously fast food, not a sit down restaurant.
they never put the sauce in the bags when you order through drive thru, even when you ask for them. This is the 3rd time it happened

Such a shame that nobody will take your order when walking inside! They have people standing around but nobody will take your order. You have to use the stupid kiosk. Even though someone was standing at counter. Supposedly it’s corporate policy to use the kiosk. Ive been to several Taco Bell’s across the USA and this is the only place that will not wait one you. Rude and disrespectful when asking questions also.
