Very very odd experience. The staff didn’t know anything about the products they were offering because they aren’t drinkers. Okay cool, but shouldn’t you at least have some interest in the product you are selling? They had strange shows playing on their TVs. One was some nature show with animals being mauled by other animals on. It took forever to get anything and the place was not busy. I also thought the bill was high and when I got home and looked at my check, I was charged for items I didn’t even order- and no one at my table did either so what happened? It’s not like it’s worth complaining about but this place is a hot mess. When I inquired about their hiring sign the lady said they were hiring a “female” waitress- why couldn’t it be a male? The whole thing was weird and the food was so so.

Very average food and beers, but one experience here was unforgettable, lol. We came in with a group to watch a playoff NFL game. A few of us started a game of Euchre. The beer maiden came over to tell us no cards we're allowed - excise police could come in at anytime and shut them down!! We explained it was Euchre, for fun - not money, but that fell on deaf ears. We laugh about that story to this day. We are always able to find a reason to go somewhere else.

When i got there, it was just a quiet place, the IPA's are phenomenal, the Fish and Fries Phenomenal, the manager phenomenal and other patrons friendly and social. I'm going back.

After visiting Koontz Lake in Plymougth for the second time, I would consider it a nice place to grab dinner. The food is good and price fair. My favorite dish is the fish and chips and my father-in-law enjoyed the pork tenderloin sandwich. Things have really improved since the reopen of the restaurant but there are some things that could improve the atmosphere. It would be would be nice is there was music playing, even at a low volume. Since it’s a brewery I would have expected to see more sports on the 3 TV’s than they had. It was Trivia night the last time we visited, which was fun, but on other nights it can seem dull and almost too quiet. Overall, the waitstaff was nice and informative and the food was good eating. Thanks for the hospitality! Oh and they are dog friendly, super cool! You don’t get that much here in Plymouth.

Plymouth location is great! Cool atmosphere and friendly staff. The fish and chips were delicious and all 4 beers of my flight were great as well! Definitely a laid back place to hang out at again!

Jessica the Manager is very un professional, she's rude there is no communication with her, So I was hired in June I worked there 3 weeks one day for 3 hrs because I was sick one Saturday n couldn't lift my head off the pillow n couldn't breathe I called in hrs before to let them know I shouldn't be cooking when I can barely sit up or breathe, the person I spoke to said I'll let them know and agreed I shouldn't come, then next day I get a text message saying it has came to my attention you did a NO Call NO Show and said I was fired, So then I tried calling to find out about my 30 dollar pay check that I'm driving from Warsaw to get after making me wait 5 weeks I call again and she finally answers me and tells me its out of her hands to talk to the owner which to remind u i never met the man and Koontz Lake location was very professional and respectful and communicated with me to get my Check but o it gets better i call to ask if i have the apron can i get my Check she saids yes so i go an its an ENVELOPE with a sticky note tapped and inside was over 5.ooin dimes, nickles, pennies, quarters and over 20 dollars in singles. Really how low down dirty can you be like I'm trash n beneath you. I truly don't see how she's manager the way she speaks to people, she talks about customers how they don't tip

Recommend the craft beers & the sodas, the food we had was good and the server, Drew Leech explained the craft beers very well before the people at our table ordered. Service was pretty fast for our table of 6 and all of our orders were correct. We all said we would return.

Recommend for sure. Tasty pub food. Tried the Italian shaved beef and the spinach-artichoke dip. Quite pleased.

I'll be rating the food in two separate categories since this is a brewery. And to be clear, this was the Plymouth location.Food: 3 out of 5 stars. The menu is very simple, which is nice for those who get overwhelmed with choices. As some might say, it's pub food, not super special, but not bad either. I had the pulled pork fries and the Italian beef. The pulled pork fries were okay, my only critique is that the pork tasted more like a slab of ham than pulled pork. It was also slightly dry. The Italian beef was not what I was expecting. You get a little plastic cup of Au jus that tasted nothing like any au jus I've ever had before. If the au jus would have been a normal au jus dip, I would give the sandwich a 4 out of 5 stars, but that wasn't the case. 2 out of 5 is what I have to give it.Beers: As it is a brewery, I had to get a flight and give them a try. I had their IPA, the Dark Mex, Hiefenfezer (sp) I forgot to take a picture of the beer menu, so forgive me, and one other beer I can't recall the name of.The IPA, mm mm chef's kiss! Pretty sure that's the smoothest best tasting IPA I've ever had. 5 out of 5 stars. The Dark Mex, 4 out of 5. It has some interesting notes of chocolate and cherry. The Hiefenfezer....I really don't know how to rate this one. I've had many different beers, but this one takes the cake on being different. It definitely was not my cup of tea with how potent the taste was, but some people may like it. The waitress told me it has notes of bananas and clove. While you definitely taste the banana at the start, the clove was so overpowering afterwards that I couldn't even finish it. I described it as harder to drink than a shot of whiskey. The beer I can't remember the name of, 4 out of 5. I know this isn't super helpful, but it is currently number 7 on the beer menu at the time of this review.Okay, with all that out of the way, on to service.Service was top notch! The lady that served us was very attentive and answered all my questions about the beer menu. 5 out of 5!Atmosphere, so the main dining room is super cool. Has a medieval bar kind of feel. It is small though with the bar being the centerpiece of the room. About 15 tables in total. Now I did find out that they have another dining room that is smaller as well as the patio that they will open up during the summer. So I'm sure that will add a bit of extra cheer to the atmosphere. 4.5 out of 5 stars.Hope this review is helpful in your choice to dine. Follow me for more restaurant reviews.

Parking: There are about 8-10 spots directly in front of the building to park, but there is a small gravel lot next to the outdoor pavilion that may be for motorcycles. I'm not certain of that, but it is certainly feasible to park bikes there.
