The new way to order is completely stupid. They will not take a order in person if there is orders on the screen that is on the counter. If a app order comes in it is placed before your order also it has to be on the tray before an order will be taken. This caused 4 to 5 people left from the wait in line. The wait time to order was 20 to 25 mins. Really Wendy's do better.

This is the best Wendy’s experience I’ve had in a long time. The food was fresh, the lobby was clean, and the service was actually amazing. I don’t ever leave reviews, but I was so shocked by the service I’m actually doing it. I think my receipt says Mary was our host. If Mary has 100 fans I’m one of them. If Mary has 10 fans I’m one of them. If Mary has 1 fan it is me. If Mary has 0 fans I am dead.

Went through the drive though, was missing half of my meal. Went inside to let them know and was told that they put the food in the bag. I let them know that is was not in the bag. She then proceeded to tell me that yes, she remembers putting it in the bag. Very rude. Guess we won’t be coming back to this establishment
Stopped for breakfast... The Baconator sandwich was good but didn't need the white gravy, I didn't see that in the description and it didn't add anything but made it messy. The coffee was The Worst coffee I have ever had! I threw it out. If you know me you know I never throw anything away so, it was that bad. The bathroom was clean but Very odorous, it needs ventilation or a better air freshener system. I'm thinking the smelly bathroom is from high sulphur well water which would explain the horrible coffee too.

I had a mobile order for pickup, they messed up the frostys, One was supposed to be A vanilla caramel swirl frosty they gave me chocolate, The other one was supposed to be brownie batter swirl, They gave me Oreo brownie frosy, my burger had no lettuce on it, I had gone back in to get the caramel swirl one in vanilla because they had done it in chocolate and they gave me a vanilla caramel crunch frosty, I just came back a few minutes ago to get the Frosty’s fixed to get new ones, And my little brother made a joke saying put whipped cream on his frosty, and the lady at the drive-through rolled her eyes at him and walked away, when I picked up all of my Frosty’s from my mobile order, the ones that were messed up, they were already completely melted, And the person who was making my new frosty from earlier the caramel They still messed it up and gave me caramel crunch, not the caramel swirl, And then left it on the counter to where it was almost melted completely again so they could finish doing someone else’s order. The service here is rude. No one needs to be rolling their eyes at a five year-old when there are a full grown adult. It’s just plain out childish and disrespectful. The service could definitely be a lot better and the food could’ve been better as well.

They have done better this past year. I have not had any wrong orders or anything missing. I got an Apple and walnut salad with grilled cheese and the container was fresh and packed full. Out of all the Wendy's I've been to, I enjoy the Plymouth, IN location the most with quality.
