I'm not sure what happened.. I ordered the loaded cowboy.. it was sooo dry.. 😞 it looked like it Sat under a warmer but I know that wasn't the case. Also, it didn't have BBQ sauce. It was my first time trying it and using the app. The pretzels were good tho.

We had a great server last night, food was ok. Several tv’s were on the same channel in the bar. Most times we go to Southbend if we want a good restaurant and service.

Had the jalapeño bacon ranch burger…… absolutely deserves more than 5 stars!! Others had bone in wings and shrimp both were also amazing!!! Our server Maddie was great as well! First time I’ve been at this location in a couple years, and I’m completely not disappointed!!

Very pleased with my wings. I usually like sauced wings but I tried the brown sugar burbon dry rub and really liked it. Mac and cheese was deliciously creamy. Had lunch with 3 other people and we were all very happy with our food (Spicy Wings, Philly Cheese Steak, Chicken Wrap). Waitress was fun and entertaining, she let us sample some sauces before ordering.

went for beers and dinner tonight. Sat close to the kitchen end of the bar. Could hear the cook, cussing and complaining about an order the waitress had taken, dropped the f bomb a few times and said not to let people order any way special, it comes the way it comes. Good thing it was not my order or we'd of had a big problem, but still not respectful of the costumers. I know more than just our table heard it
Waitress must have known one tablet because she talked to them it was forever before she came for our food order. That table left she started working like she should have.
