Salmon was a bit overcooked but still delicious. Broccoli was good too. Had the 2 for 35$. Spinach and artichoke dip to start. Waitress offered extra chips. Never had that offer before.

The bartender was a little women that made and could tell us bout the drinks . There was a handsome manager Jeremiah that asked us if everyone and everything was ok, we noticed he was hands on with making sure things ran smoothly from the older to young people this was during happy hour. Ty his staff was better than I had ever seen this place in years .. great hire!! Keep people like that who can interact with the patrons without prejudice attitudes that's one reason why I hadn't been there in yrs. Now I've brought more friends back to this side of town to eat and enjoy. We weren't over looked and pushed to the back and ignored food was hot!!

I stopped going here. The last few times, the food order was 85% of the time messed up. My boyfriend ordered a simple burger with cheese. We sat at the bar, and the lady talked for 20 minutes before sliding us a menu while continuing to run her mouth. The food took forever to come out. When it did, it was wrong, and the drink ? tasted like juice. I was fed up and asked for a refund. The manager didn't speak to us, he asked her who wanted a refund. He didn't apologize, asked what the problem was, or asked how he could fix it.

We visited this location today at approximately 11:05am. We were the first diners, and we sat at the bar. A regular patron followed us in and also sat at the bar.
This man was greeted before us and received his beer before we received our drinks. We ordered an appetizer, 2 salads, and 2 entrees. Our salads and app came out within a few minutes. The app was fine. But my salad was filled with brown, wilted lettuce.. I barely ate it and left a pile of the wilted lettuce on a side plate. This plate sat on the bar the entirety of our visit. It wasn't cleared away. The waitress didn't ask how our salads were. Nothing.
We then waited another 40 minutes for our entrees to come out. Other patrons actually came in after us and received their meals before us. Once our food did arrive, the chicken was so overcooked and dry that it couldn't even be cut with a steak knife. The mashed potatoes were barely warm.
But our server was too preoccupied complaining to her regular customer about her period (I only know this bc she mentioned it MULTIPLE TIMES) and about how tired she was. I guess she was too tired to even notice we hadn't touched our food because we literally had to flag her down, and she was standing 3 feet away from us.
When we finally got her attention, she didn't apologize. She hollered for a manager. The manager literally asked, "sooo what do you want us to do, replace your meal?"
Clearly, unable and unwilling to offer decent customer service, we declined and asked for our bill.
Another 15 minutes pass, and we get our bill. All that was comped was the entrees. My brown salad was added on and billed separately (we had ordered the 2 for $25).
The people working today had absolutely no interest in their jobs. They could have cared less that our food & service sucked. I truly felt like I was inconveniencing the server and the manager. Do not waste your money at this establishment.

I would have to say I would give the service a 10 or a 20 if I could!! Annalise, our server was Amazing! We just came home from a long road trip in Gatlinburg where prices were Sky High and were very pleased to come home to our Applebee's, where the prices are amazing and we love the service My husband had the bourbon chicken and shrimp and I had the grilled chicken breast with broccoli and mashed potatoes the mushrooms and onions were delicious also not to mention the cocktails thank you Applebee's for being our neighborhood Restaurant and Bar!!
