Didn't give my bf the correct sandwich at all even though my bf talked loud and clear, gave us no marina for the mozzarella sticks even tho we asked and put sauce on my sandwich when I didn't ask for it.its not suppose to come on the sandwich.should be listening better to get people the correct food.

Definitely will never go back to this location. The Hobart location is WAY better. My order took more than 15 minutes. I was asked to pull around the lobby door 5 minutes after I paid for my order. While my food was being brought out to me the employee used the garbage bin to hold the lobby door open, and then set my bag on the concrete. When I asked him if he placed the bag on the floor he’d lied and said he dropped it. I didn’t make it a huge deal after that because I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes for my food. After giving me the bags I asked if he had my other drink and let him know it was a diet doctor pepper. He brought me my drink and but after her left I realized it was regular Dr. Pepper.
When I got home to eat my food, the medium fry cup wasn’t even full. My medium drink cup was nothing but ice, and when I unwrapped my Chicken Cordon Blue sanwhich it was sloppily made and had no Swiss cheese….. I’m very disappointed with everything overall….

The lady that was working the drive-through was extremely rude. Once I received my receipt. I scanned the QR code to rate the Arby’s however, there was no five digit store number on the receipt and when I asked her what the five digit store number was, she said I have no idea in a really shitty tone and stared me down

I like “classic roast beef with cheese sauce”. This is because I don’t like the onion buns, or the red sauce they put on the beef and cheddar. I order “classic with cheese” all the time, with no problems. But at this store they gave me a beef and cheddar. At the restaurant, several tables were dirty. I thought I would respond to their survey, but Qualtrics did not recognize the store number. So all around, a disappointing experience.

The service was excellent. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. The restaurant was very clean. The staff takes their time to do it right.

Arby's is exactly what one would expect from a fast food restaurant. I went through the drive up, placed my order, paid, and picked it up. Then I was on my way. All relatively quickly. The order completely met my expectations.

Dirty as hell come in place is dead but every table in place was filthy counters were all sticky had take my food to go when was planning to eat at restaurant sad

Went there ordered a gyro literally only had two pieces meat on it, being a disabled veterans stuck at home with no transportation I don't get out very much and was waiting 3 months to get there to just have my whole entire order be a waste and unenjoyable how sad many problems here at this Arby's right here about

Got a cracked lid so my pop spilled had to wait for chicken which was ok but then they gave us the old fries couldn't even eat them
The young dude at the window was so nice but the food was ice cold and thrown in the bag sideways. I was trying to find a new lunch spot but not sure about it. It was okay.

So sad they advertise a great fish sandwiches only to be let down by a soggy no flavored pile of mush.

We have nothing but awful service experiences here. Long waits, cheap and old speaker you can’t hear from, lazy staff. For how much these basic sandwiches cost you’d think they could pay people enough to care.
