Arby's is exactly what one would expect from a fast food restaurant. I went through the drive up, placed my order, paid, and picked it up. Then I was on my way. All relatively quickly. The order completely met my expectations.
Food was and service was great however the sidewalk was all snowy and ice. Appeared nobody bothered shoveling just threw a little salt down. Parking lot was plowed not sure why nobody did the walkway
What started off being a not so good experience turned into a great one thanks to a new to the area district manager Jake Young.
He quickly stepped in and made everything right with a smile and great personality.
