It's was okay/good. It was our first time eating from here. We ordered food for pick up. We thought we ordered stuffed crust pizza... Because when you order it gave "stuffed" as an upcharge option. Turns out it's an entire stuffed pizza... That's too much crust for us/we wouldn't have ordered it if we had known (I didn't know that was even a 'thing' people ate so I didn't think to ask if it was a stuffed pizza or stuffed crust). I would have appreciated some clarification of what it was somewhere along the ordering route. Waffle fries were good. Wings were good. Mixed feelings on the food so we might try it again, we might not.

Stayed in Portage after visiting the Indiana Dunes. Ordered pizza to the hotel. Driver delivered directly to the room, the pizza was AMAZING! We also got the cherry dessert pizza which was the single best dessert pizza I’ve ever had (think warm gooey cherry cheesecake pizza)

I order 12 wings they were nasty no seasoning , very greasy and I kno for a fact I asked for ranch dipping sause cus last time they forgot.. then this time they said I never asked for ranch (But why do Yu have to ask its they job to ask Yu )I jus said ok and through the food in da trash ???

We have always loved Bam, but can't get it all the time because it's pretty expensive. We got two pizzas last Friday, and I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or what, but it did not taste the same. Very disappointing
