The food is decent, and the atmosphere is laid-back, but the alcohol is highly questionable. I’m certain the Don Julio Añejo served here is not authentic—it was so watered down that it didn’t even taste like tequila. I can’t recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I came for a drink, only to be served watered-down shots of Don Julio and disgusting margaritas that seemed pre-mixed and possibly expired. On top of that, the music was terrible, essentially forcing you to pay $2 per song on the jukebox or endure the misery. There are plenty of other bars in the area that actually serve the liquor you pay for, unlike this place with its diluted tequila and expired margaritas.

Good atmosphere but 12 doubles and 3 beers still no buzz and tab 90 bucks. Not worth the money. Servers was very nice! But not worth the money.

This was my first experience and first time ever here. The server did get my first drink order quick but I was ignored after that.. I was never offered a food menu and when I asked for it she reluctantly handed it to me and informed me that “at this time of night only half the menu is available” the time of night being just after 6pm… so I just decided to cash out my two drinks without ordering food and go somewhere else.

The chicken tacos were so good. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was awesome. Too bad I'm only visiting. Otherwise, I would be a regular! This place is worth visiting and with great music!

As a first time customer, they took great pride and care of making sure things were correct. Ran out of an spirit and didn't charge me because it wasn't a full shot. They know customer service, and strive to be great at it. Bartenders were on top of my beers, not letting me go without. It is a smoking bar, but does not stink of cigarettes smoke.

I ordered 4 sandwiches, loaded tater tote and stuffed peperoni cheese bread, I picked up and opening the boxes found the loaded tater tote and stuffed peperoni cheese bread, was BLACK! I called and asked for a manager and explain this clearly, said a driver can pick it up, if he wished, come and pick up to verify and asked nicely for a partial refund. He stated that it must of been an accident, I replied, when you put BLACK/Burnt food, over cooked, into a box - that is not an accident and calmly asked for a "partial" refund. He replied - he could not process or give a "partial" refund" and I said OK, then please refund the entire order - but that is NOT what I am looking for. He said he could not do that either. My response was that OK - I contact the 4 Chicago News stations - He said "go ahead-I don't care" and hung up. Is this Customer Service and how Domino's train their Managers over Burnt/Black Food sold ??????????? My wife and I then drove back to the store - with the BLACK products and asked to speak with the manager and show him the BLACK food. he said I can't help you-you yelled at me on the phone - which I did NOT, I then left the BLACK food on Dominos floor. I was lied to, sold BLACK food, and maybe discriminated against because of my color??? But, for sure your store manager working the night of Oct 7th PM - had zero customer service relations to me or my wife. I was totally calm and polite on the phone - when I spoke with him - he then LIES , when we drove back to the store??? WOW!!!!! Feel free to respond back or not - But I will let everyone I know - Friends/Family/Co Workers about the Burnt / BLACK food experience, I received at Dominos - Manger located at: 1895 Crisman Rd, Ste C, Portage, IN 46368 Who is the proprietor??? I did not think racisism still existed! You get a zero rating - PLEASE Stop Selling Burnt / BLACK food to the Portage area customers and doing NOTHING about it - except Lying!
