Tried for the first time as carryout. Brisket was very good. My husband thought the st Louis ribs were a little dry but had a good taste. Stars were the amazing baked beans and a very delicious cornbread. Will be going back again to give some of their other menu items a try.
My first time here and it was great!I got the 2 meat platter with the turkey leg and brisket.I should of gotten just one meat , the turkey leg was huge and really good!I ate the brisket when I got home and it was tender.The Mac and cheese as a side was a big size, so they don't slack on the portion sizes at all.The beans were good but I like classic bbq baked beans the best. These had like spicy salsa added to it.
Food was great, but tried to order a few different times & never know for sure what time they’re going to close that day. Thought they closed at 8:00 pm & tried calling in an order a few times from 7:10 7:15, but they don’t answer the phone & close early. I always try to support local businesses, especially when having company over & it’s going to be a $100 order (plus we always tip for carry-out also)..
