Waited 13 minutes for 3 eggnormous burritos just for them to come out tasting like the overly perfumed hands they were made with because you can actually taste the fact that they don't use gloves. Hope they wash their hands. 😬🤢 As a further note however the people here seem really nice all in all so I won't give them crap on that end

To start off my visit, I was made to wait almost 10 minutes at the drive-through screen after the gentleman told me to hold on in a very unprofessional way. I was picking up my online order and tried to order a promotional slushy separately, but was told the machine was down. Then, I tried to call to speak to someone about fixing my order because I was missing a few items, but they let the phone ring. When I called back a second time, they turned the phone off. I lost hard-earned money here, and the staff provided zero help in trying to fix the issue.
I do not recommend this location.

Employees had no clue how to organize the orders. No napkins used brown towels as napkins. No unsweet tea. They all need to learn by the Burger King on Rt 30 in Valparaiso. Will never return to Portage Burger King,

The food and the service has been horrific here for many many years, too many. Something really needs to be done with the people that work here and the food that they serve there’s always something wrong. I truly can’t believe that this place is still even open. maybe if you start reading everybody’s posts and seeing how the community feels, you would change something
The lady at the window (between 330ish-430ish 5/31/25) had horrible customer service. I tried to be understanding at first because she seemed to have a hard time hearing us, and we couldn't hear her very well either. We got to the window, and she didn't say a word but seemed very annoyed. They forgot our sauces, and she acted like we were such an inconvenience when we asked for them. She stormed off before we could even finish telling her what sauces were missing. Also found out we were missing a fry after we got back home.

Arrived at this location 5/18/2025 at 11:49pm to be told I can’t order because they are about to close at 12am. I said it’s not 12 yet. The response was it takes time to get everything done. Please advise employees the times of operation. Missed money and was hungry.

They should change the schedule since it doesn't close at 12:00 am. I arrived at 11:40 pm and they don't provide service either for takeout or in the car drive area.
