Stopped by Chipotle and had a great experience. Everything tasted fresh, the line moved quickly, and the staff was friendly and on top of things. My order was made exactly how I asked, and the portions were solid. Reliable spot when you want something fast that’s still good quality.

I picked up my order today, got it all the way back to my office and realized it was the wrong order. When trying to call the restaurant, you're just met with an automated response to email customer support. You can't even talk to anyone at the restaurant. And this is not the first time. I've received bags of chips that are wet, stale, and mostly crumbs. Just absolutely terrible location.

Dear Chipotle , by the looks of it the customers service that is provided by your employees is a 6 /10. If you have new hires ,please have management show them the correct portions of each serving, half a scoop of everything is wanted in a chicken bowl is not worth $15. When asked to add little more, turns out to be a very unpleasant experience, they have an issue with that ( by the face expressions) or as if they were the ones paying for it. Everyone has a personal life, however bringing that energy into the work place, is not the way to go. Employees , it’s ok take a deep breath! Positive mind set. This is your time to shine with the work ethics you so claimed to have when interviewed/hired.

I ordered a chicken bowl from this location for lunch around noon and it was a DISGRACE!!!! I just don’t understand how my rice was hard. The rice couldn’t have been cooked long enough, the food wasn’t as hot and it didn’t look appealing as previous times. The whole thing about it screamed RUSHED & CARELESS. This place has become a joke and full of staff who are not taking their job serious. I won’t be back but do better.

I should’ve just drove out to the Chesterton one. Even though I live in portage. I don’t know how you have the rudest associates I’ve ever met in my life there was no line they rushed me through so fast that I didn’t even get everything I wanted. I wish this was the first time this happened, but It’s not so I guess it’s my fault for going back to a place that’s closer to my house.

I only ordered because they were not ready with my delivery with no shortage of staff I'm sure. It's not a complaint really because the line had young ladies. To the owner we know how immature and fickle the young mind can be. Train your young to treat both sexes equally with the same measure of kindness. Explain to them mathematically most psyhical attractions are one sided hallucinations to begin with. A mutual attraction is one that leads to marriage. If you say hi and act extra polite toward the same sex do the same for the opposite or neither sex at all.

Good customer service and food tasted fine. My only issue is the portioning. I asked for more steak since she put so little on the burrito and I watched her put 2 small pieces on and continue to up charge for “extra” steak

Notified by message food was ready and to come in. Go to carry out shelf. Our order is not there. When we ask and show them our message from them . They said said "oh we havn't even started it yet. " We then asked why did we get the message ? The girl at the register rolled her eyes and said it will be ready soon . Very unprofessional attitude while providing CUSTOMER SERVICE! ordered on the mobile app and noticed the burrito was very small and then proceeded to find a very long hair in the middle of my burrito, i’m quite disgusted and went back in and showed them did not get an apology they simply told me to wait and they would remake my order, they remade it and i had about 4 pieces of steak and it seemed like every bite i took was just tortilla and rice

PORTAGE INDIANA LOCATION IS SELLING BROWN, RANCID GUAC AND TELLING CUSTOMERS IT WAS JUST MADE TODAY! No no no, that is INCORRECT! Customers are not as stupid as you think we are!! You are going to make people sick!!! Brown, watery, NASTY guac was NOT just made today, and if it was, they used OLD GARBAGE avocados!! I hope that little brat behind the counter eats it herself and pukes her brains out all night like she is doing to her customers!!
