I walked into this location it was Filthy, and when I walked in, and I have never been to this restaurant, and they had the nerve to have an attitude and yelled at me when I walked in the door, I literally looked at the food. It looked uncooked, and I walked right back out. I would never go back to the location ever again they need to learn Customer Service and how to cook your food especially when someone never had it. Thanks for nothing.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, came in at 10:15 p.m. to get dinner for my family knowing that they close at 11:00 p.m, and they did not have anything available no rice, no chicken, not anything at all. They had practically taken out all the food and we’re getting ready to shut the place down 45 minutes prior to close. I had to drive 30 minutes to get to this chipotle because this was the closest one, but I would’ve never came if I knew that they just weren’t gonna have any food. I understand trying to clean up and close right at 11:00 p.m. so the staff can get home at a reasonable time, but this is down right disrespectful. Not to mention the staff couldn’t even apologize about it, they just said they didn’t have any food and kept trying to close the store.

Chips very very salty all the time. Employees talking very loud to each other while taking my order. Very sassy and a little bit of attitude when asking for chips and a new lid and a cup.

great customer service. just did not like seeing way employee refilled cooked chicken. I'm thinking & maybe I'm incorrect, the chicken already in bottom of container should ve been scooped up first, then new cooked chicken stuff dumped . & then top it off with what was scooped. Whomever got "bottom of that barrell" of chicken was probably very chewy like rubberbands.Guess employees may need better training. Makes me wonder....what else we don't see. many open dirty tables. 1 couple asked for someone to wipe bc tables either occupied & every single open table.... had crumbs & other food / liquid stuff on them.

Night Management is HORRIBLE. They run out of items then just give me whatever in my order. Then manager is rude, and says I seen this coming, well maybe she wouldn’t of seen a complaint coming if she would of told me they are out of something, when I was waiting in the store for over 30mins for a mobile order when I already was waiting 30mins prior to coming into the store.

i’m only putting this cuz you can not talk to someone on the phone only the automated service and that’s the worst!! plus ordering on the app you can’t get certain things like u would in the store.. i couldn’t get both beans and my son couldn’t get the vinaigrette stuff. They messed up my order twice and by time the second mess up came they didn’t pick up for doordash so i didn’t get to eat.. please do better please hire ppl that care about their work! this is ridiculous!!!

Tonight I walked in the portage location to get my family dinner. Upon entering there was a line that almost went out the door. Two of the employees were being helped at the counter they managed to get their food in a generous amount fairly quickly and put together. Everyone after got their food slopped into bowls with an attitude.The food items were low when I got to the counter and in order to spare so they didn't have to make more it seemed, they barely filled my burritos. The employees did not seem to get along and all gave off an attitude not wanting to be there. Overall it was a terrible experience something I have never encountered when entering the location before. Very disappointing!!!

I got a burrito bowl with fajitas on it, I started eating and it was inedible. Super salty like a salt block and the fajitas tasted like there was soap on them. I went back to tell the employee but I didn’t take the receipt when I paid… but since I was literally there 10 min ago I asked if they could just grab the receipt off the top of the trash and they said no. They refused to try to do anything to help at all, there must be a way to look up my card member. I’ve been trying to find a number to call to speak to a general manager or owner but I can’t one. I’ll never go to another chipotle again

I’ve ordered from this location countless times and this has been the most disappointing experience yet. this isn’t the first time i’ve asked for extra portions and time after time the location gets more and more skimpy. overall the portion sizing needs to be reevaluated because the inconsistency makes me not want to return to any location. just disappointing because i do enjoy the food but not if im not getting what i paid for.
