At first, the visit was pleasant, but by the time we got to the ice cream for the kid's meal. The lady made it a big deal that we needed a ticket that was in nonexistent on the kid's bag. the kid wanted his ice-cream so now being forced to buy ice-cream for both kids instead of it coming with the meal. Never left the building. Quite rude and displeasing!

Wife told them 3 times no mayonnaise on a sandwich. Came out with mayonnaise on it. Ordered 4 drinks 3 of them the syrup ran out so we got carbonated water.

Train your staff to not come outside with blue gloves on and use the same gloves to touch the door and go back inside to come back out again and again with them same gloves on. Infectious CONTROL. He's going to make somebody sick.

Went through the drive-thru on 11/18 a little after 7pm. The girl working the drive-thru was very nice and smiled and the girl who brought the food out to my car was also very pleasant. Food was hot and fresh and tasted great! I will definitely be back!

This is definitely my preferred Culver's in Portage IN. My families orders are varied to say the least so I almost always go inside. So far they have not messed up our order, food is always very fresh, the cheese curds here actually taste better than one on route 6! As per Culver's style, employees are very polite and accommodating.
