I ordered from the drive thru and they forgot multiple items. I called to let them know and received an email from the manager that had an apology and to make it right he offered a free meal and dessert. No specifications, just a free meal and dessert. The next time I visited with the intention to redeem it, I informed the employee what I had and they did give me a bit of difficulty telling me it could only be certain items. After showing the email we were able to resolve with no further issues. That's the only issue I've ever experienced. Food is always good, service is friendly and quick. I usually only go through the drive thru which is the only reason I left the atmosphere as a median rating

I stopped at Culver's before I started my shift. I got a spicy chicken sandwich & a small strawberry shake. Once I got to wrk which was literally 2-3 minutes from the restaurant; I ONLY ate 3-4 bites of a clearly threw together sandwich that was cooked too hard also. My shift was 1:30p- 5:30p this day.
I'm in healthcare; so I have to have my lunch or dinner with me. Because I can not leave clients to get food!
By 5:10p I had diarrhea & that was the only thing I ate for the day. I've NEVER had a complaint about Culver's until this day. So it will be a VERY long time before I try Culver's again!

I went to Culver's on a Wednesday. Probably around 3:30. Middle of the afternoon, not too busy. There was a lot of teenagers working and I could not believe how genuinely nice, happy, hardworking, and attentive these kids were. They were all working hard, smiling, treating each other so nicely, and so extremely attentive to all the guests that would walk through the door. Everyone is in such a hurry these days and it was so nice to not feel rushed. It was nice to see happy faces, and not feel like I am a burden for needing my order taken. So many fast food restaurants I've been to people walk around like they hate their jobs. They don't smile they don't conversate they have terrible attitudes and 90% of the time the order is incorrect. The food here was terrific , but the service was so much more than five stars. We will definitely be coming here more often, and it's because these kids were just the absolute sweetest. It makes the whole experience and the whole atmosphere completely different with these positive attitudes. So kudos to ever hired these kiddos LOL they are doing a great job!

We went there for dinner. on Friday the 16th. everything was good. I was not a fan of the background music somebody must have thought we were in a disco in New York.

Love Culver’s smash burger style burgers. The Mushroom & Swiss is my absolute favorite, the frozen custard is always amazing, and the staff truly sets this place apart. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about giving great service. Easily the best fast food service around.

Haven't been here in a few months. The food was ok, but really bothered me is that they charge 50 cents for a small cup of water. Really my wife and I spent $27 on our meal and they charge for a cup of water. Sure hope this is not a new trend starting because it's ridiculous 🙄. I know it's only 50 cents and it break me. It's the principal of it.
Burger was wrong. Asked for only cheese ketchup and mayo and recieved Ketchup, Pickles, and mustard. Also asked for 2 orders of cheese curds and I received one with one order of fries.
Food came out quickly, but it defeats the point if the food is wrong. :(
I don't like that when you go to the drive thru, the ice cream is made 1st. Then you wait for hot food while the rest is melting.

Stopped here after work last night, got a fresco salad and a grilled chicken sandwich. Let's start with the fact that the salad was 9.19 and the sandwich was 6.49 and that somehow totaled to $18 and change hmm 🤔 I guess they have magic cash registers that work in favor of the establishment. Now let's talk about this white, cold, tasteless chicken. It was never on a grill, looked and tasted like it came straight from the freezer and nuked in a microwave 👎 Now for the salad with the giant tasteless chunks of white unseasoned chicken and soggy croutons 🙄 FYI Culver's, croutons are not added during salad preparation, they're added when ordered or given to the customer in a separate package. Now I have no expectations of a gourmet meal from a fast food restaurant, but at least put in some effort when people such as myself are spending their hard earned money. This meal was pure trash and that's exactly where it went, in my trash can. On a lighter note, the employees are always kind and professional.
