Employees very rude and disrespectful

Just stopped in to grab some ice cream. Everything was on point, even the restroom was spotless.

I ordered ahead which did me no good because I still had to wait for my order to be ready. Besides the extended wait, they gave me someone else’s old burger. It was cold and rock hard. The kids working were having such a good time they forgot to actually do their job.

I pulled up to the drive thru right about 930. lights were still on, Google said they close at 1000. the speaker said someone would be with me shortly. about 20 seconds later the lights turned off. I drove to the window and the employee told me they close at 930. fortunately, a new culvers opened up a couple hundred yards away and they are open until midnight.

My kids and I have never eaten in a Dairy Queen, but we were meeting some friends there and decided to eat inside the restaurant before we went over to Bass Pro shop. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was, but also how incredible the service was. Our kids were definitely hyper and excited and yet the staff was so kind and patient and friendly and helpful. Specifically Aubrey and Serenity. We received first class service and because it was going so well, we decided to stay for the ice cream as well. Anytime we go to Bass Pro shop. We are going to make it tradition that we also eat at this Dairy Queen because they are so family friendly. Thank you, Aubrey and Serenity for all of your help and great service!

always a pleasure to visit this gem. food is always fresh and prepared right. the staff and manager were polite and were very helpful. I'm very grateful for this location in particular. keep up the good work 👏 🙌

I ordered a banana split tonight and it wasn't made right. They forgot the chocolate 🍫 which u can tell it was missing something.

I love their chicken strip meal. But instead of sauce I highly recommend you ask for extra gravy, you’ll be dipping your chicken, bread and even your fries in it!

Not the best but cheap and quick even through lunch rush

This used to be the best dairy Queen, and I don't know what changed a few months ago, but now it's super unorganized, and they put anything random in the blizzard that they feel like at the time I think. I ordered a chocolate covered strawberry blizzard, why am I chewing on brownies squares? More than halfway done now, not a strawberry in sight. It's like brownie pieces and chocolate dip pieces.
I couldn't turn around and go back because I went through right before closing time, on my way home from work. I put it in the freezer until I was ready to sit down and eat.
