I paid for large fries and large drinks with our meals and got small fries, large drink. Our burgers was cold to the touch the cheese was not even melted. Had to circle around the drive thru twice cause they forgot items. Terrible experience tonight.

I was disappointed to learn that this location does not allow a side of chocolate cone dip, as the manager has chosen not to offer it. My husband and I have been enjoying a cup of soft serve with a side of chocolate dip at other locations, and it’s been one of my favorite pregnancy cravings. When we asked about it here, the employee initially said they don’t offer sides but kindly made an exception, which we appreciated. I’m not sure why some locations allow it while others don’t, but I hope they consider changing this policy in the future!

I just came from here on Nov 13th, 2024, at 4:40 pm. The guy exhaled because I had Apple Pay; I asked for a dipped chocolate cone and if I could put it in a cup. He brings me chocolate ice cream dipped in a cup, no cone. I politely say this isn't right. I repeat what I asked for, and he says that's not the same thing, as if I said it wrong. I told him I always come and have no problems. I do not want this; it's for a kid; I need the cone. So he says I didn't make it all upset. The point is that the moment I pulled up, I felt his frustration and tension for no reason. Dude has an attitude why? I will never come here again I don't have time for an attitude because I have apple pay and you thought I had a card, the order was wrong . Your in fast food relax things happen. But what should not happen is a bad attitude with a customer based on trivial things.

Waited approximately 10 minutes for order to be taken. 7-8 people working. (We Went inside to order) 1 door dash guy waiting just ahead of us. Finally placed order for 2 mini blizzards and small hot fudge sundae Order was to go. Young girl taking orders waited a a classmate/ friend that walked in several minutes after we placed our order. The girl working obviously gave her friend extra food and ice cream. We waited a total of 20 plus minutes to place an order and pick up. While the friend was charged $15 for 2 chicken strip baskets and a large blizzard and a strawberry short cake looking dessert. Plus 2 handfuls of condiments in black portion cups. Me and my boys were completely ignored, while the friend was treated like royalty. The friend got her entire order before we got our ice cream. I will never go back! We were there on 11/2/24 at 6:21pm. Please review cameras and make sure this doesn't happen to any one else. I think the friend stood out of camera range while getting free stuff

The food was excellent came through the drive-thru I was very specific that I wanted the cheeseburger with just ketchup mustard and mayonnaise wasn't happy at all when I got home the lettuce tomato and onion if they're going to ask you what would you like they need to pay attention to what you would like

I pulled up to the drive-through and I was gonna use my coupon and I didn’t know that I had to give them the coupon before I paid and I said do you need this coupon and she said oh you were supposed to give that to me before you paid and then I went back around and I asked them if I could get a refund and redo the whole thing And someone else was on the speaker and I guess they clicked their mic on was talking shit about how I didn’t do this or that and calling me names and so I stopped and I said what did you just say ?!? and then I pulled all the way around and the manager was there and I said who was just talking shit thru the speaker? and he said oh I apologize. I accidentally clicked my headset on. I’m sorry I’ll give you a refund and you can have your coupon back . First and last time I’ll ever come here!!!

A woman or girl with glasses and braids took my order. I got the 7$ meal, I told her I wanted a American cheese burger for the meal when I received my food, I had chicken tender instead of the burger then as I’m returning my order there’s a women infront of me returning hers because she got the wrong item as well & there was a male before her. It was rush hour in I had somewhere to be so I couldn’t return it, if she’s not properly trained she shouldn’t be on the register by herself. Horrible.
