The only good thing about this was Pepper the waitress. Shes great her service was amazing, the food was terrible. Raw hash browns, bogus crapes, and raw runny eggs. How do you mess up eggs? The wait time was horrible too we waited like 40-50 mins for this and had to get everything remade. 1/10 experience it would’ve been 0 if it wasn’t for Pepper.

Literally 5 people in the restaurant and the waiter is telling everyone there will be a 45min wait. That if you choose to leave she completely understands lol. I know she can only move as fast as the cook. Said it's due to call in orders. You would think they would tell the call ins to wait instead of people actually in the restaurant.

Dennys in Portage, Indiana. Ordered on line on 3/25/25. Said to pick up food at 3:45am and the doors were locked. The girl who works there came up to the locked door and i told her i had a online order and she said we're closed and basically I was out of luck. If the place is closed why is Dennys open 24 hrs. Why would they still take orders if they are closed. After this I will probably never go 2 another Dennys again.

Went here with a party of 16. All kids portions were horrible. Silver dollar pancakes actually the size of silver dollars. Complained to the waitress she said her general manager cut the portions and I could order more food if I wanted. I will never come back here the one in lake station is way better. Do yourself a favor and pick anywhere but here. 220.00 and everyone leaving hungry.

Took over an hour to get our order..frustrating..son's food was burned so was my pancakes..I would never have sent back the food to wait again..over 100 dollar bill for over an hour wait..
