Dennys in Portage, Indiana. Ordered on line on 3/25/25. Said to pick up food at 3:45am and the doors were locked. The girl who works there came up to the locked door and i told her i had a online order and she said we're closed and basically I was out of luck. If the place is closed why is Dennys open 24 hrs. Why would they still take orders if they are closed. After this I will probably never go 2 another Dennys again.

Took over an hour to get our order..frustrating..son's food was burned so was my pancakes..I would never have sent back the food to wait again..over 100 dollar bill for over an hour wait..

I was greeted by a very nice older lady who took my order. Unfortunately I wasn't able to order what I wanted because she couldn't find it on the computer. So I ordered something else and asked specifically only for two of the four items in that meal. Got home open the box and the wrong items were in the box. Paid $17+ with tip for food I didn't want lol. Hear more so that other people don't run into this and check their orders before they leave which I should...
