Placed an order online, the website is super buggy. Accidentally ordered a pizza I didnt mean to and wanted it refunded. I tried contacting the store before they made it and I was on hold for 10 minutes and then the phone picks up and I can hear everyone's conversations but no one is talking for about another 10 minutes until I hang up. GREAT..

Domino’s new Parmesan stuff crust pizza is out of this world. It is so good and delicious. If you have the dominos app, I was able to get these two medium pizzas for $10 a piece. Great deals, great service, great pizza.

If you want to be harassed by delivery drivers then order from this Domino’s location. we had a delivery driver sitting outside of our house, ringing our doorbell and we went to go get the pizza he harassed my fiancé about a tip amount. With the delivery charge and tax making up 50% of the bill, we didn’t really have a ton of money to throw for a tip.
To second that, America is one of the only countries where tipping is pretty much expected instead of it being an optional part of service to show your appreciation to a worker. After this experience, I think I'll do one last ordered for my rewards, and then just not touch this location with a 10 foot pole. Harassing your customers over tip money is a great way to lose hundreds if not thousands of dollars in potential sales for the foreseeable future.

Waited 2 hours for a $31.00 order. Contacted the Domino's support bot and was sent a case number to call the store . Moving forward, the store was contacted and we were told they would make it right. We were told to ask for a specific manager. Friday evening we called to order dinner and were told he couldn't take the order because they were too busy and to call back later. When we asked what time we were told around 8-9 PM, which is 2 to 3 hours later. Not sure why the person that answered the phone couldn't have taken the order and had management adjust the bill at pick up. I guess it's a common thing now. If you want Domino's, plan to wait three hours. We have been regulars ordering multiple times a week and the pizza has been delicious, but this just doesn't seem to be a good policy. Domino's doesn't really care because there is no real way to talk to the corporation to hold them accountable.

I worked there for 4 years and was promoted to a GM position. Never properly trained and was not allowed to hire more help and was talked down apon when I tried to fire employees who didn't do their job or were massively disruptive to other employees.

This position as a whole had me working every day almost all day with no actual power to fix the issues that kept me there every single day. Demanded by my superiors to make sure that the store can receive a good score by corporate but did nothing to fix the issues that I presented to them. IE, damage, progressively louder oven (which was causing migranes with some employees), broken equipement, ect.

I made sure to tell two of my superiors that I was heavily considering quitting unless I was demoted to either an entry level pizza maker and or a driver. Both times that was put on the back burner. I walked out after my shift was over on New Years Eve even though they were expecting me to stay til near close after having opened and I never came back.

I asked my ex superiors for my job back as a driver or an insider recently as I did enjoy the job when I wasn't in control. Apologized repeatedly even though I've been told by everyone that I worked with that I did the right thing by leaving. They ignored me. And even after all of this, payroll shortened my final check to minimum wage. They don't seem to realize that in Indiana you cannot shorten pay for hours already worked. Currently waiting on my wage claim to go through.

It’s like the 3rd time I tried to order the loaded tots without the garlic parm sauce and it’s the 3rd time I got the garlic sauce, how hard is it to follow the simple instruction of not adding it in the first place, it’s more effort adding it then just following my request

I am a truck driver and I was parked at the Flying J in Lake Station, IN. It was pouring rain and I was parked at least 500 ft from the store. So instead of going inside, I ordered food from this location to be delivered. I used the app and paid and even left a $10.00 tip. After 45 minutes, the Delivery driver called me and said there is a store policy that they can't deliver in the truck parking lot anymore, because it's dark. It's not that dark. There's light poles everywhere and cameras. But she refused to deliver, saying she'd meet me at the store. I called the store and after 10 minutes on hold, I was told the policy is the Flying J's that no delivery drivers can come back here. I called Flying J and they denied this to be the truth. Meanwhile, the Domino's app showed the pizza was delivered. But I don't have any pizza. The Flying J said they didn't get act pizza. I called the store back and asked for a refund. The male manager hung up in me. So I'm out $31.00 including the tip and these theiving mfs for my money, probably are my food and drinks and think they've gotten away with it.

So don't get me wrong. The food is always good for the most part. But my god i have to know if they actually even own a pizza cutter. I've never ONCE ordered from here and had my pizza cut all the way. This is just one example

Went inside ordered .went back and cashier was on phone taking order- for 20 minutes ! Then he gets off phone and goes and starts boxing up pizzas coming out of oven. Finally the cook had to tell him to wait on customers at counter first. She ended up coming to wait on 3 different customers.

So I ordered pizza today, it took almost an hour and a half to get my order when it said it would be completed in 30 mins. I understand it is a busy Friday night with the football game going on but this is still bad.

Then we found a long ass hair in one of the pizzas . Just gross.

Not eating here again.
