The last 3 times I’ve been to this Dunkin they are not able to serve me a latte due to not being able to make espresso. The first 2 times their espresso machine was “broken” and today it was being cleaned. It was 7:15 when I went and they don’t close until 9 pm. There’s no reason they should be cleaning it 2 hours prior to closing. I’m starting to think they just don’t want to make the latte because there’s no way the last 3 times I go there’s something wrong with the espresso machine. Whoever owns this one needs to step their game up and get it together because it’s getting ridiculous.

I was trying to order a large dunkalatte add chocolate light ice. Then young lady Jessica said something I couldn’t hear about the drink. I ask her to clarify and she start raising voice and speaking to me very rude and belittling. I go into store to speak with manager but there is no manager there. Jessica continues to be rude with me and saying I can come back tomorrow to speak with manager. I end up leaving without my purchase and very disappointed in my experience at this location. If I could rate 0 stars I would due to my experience with Jessica.
I love paying $6 for a large cup of ice and a little bit of coffee....

This Dunkin needs intervention. Not only do they cheat the system you all have set in place to ensure we get our food quickly by having everyone wait in their parking lot for food, but they told me today their manager told them you cannot customize customer drinks anymore. So I cannot get half the sugar that I wanted and save you money?

2 very unorganized girls running around doing a one person job. How about one girl tends to guests while the other drains coffee or whatever they were doing. I'm not sure what the point of being open until 8 is if every order in the last hour is garbage? My coffee was so old and BURNT I couldn't drink it. Worst coffee I've ever had. I should have known not to stop at a coffee joint after 7. THAT was my mistake. Close earlier if you can't deliver a quality product that late. I just hope the grass doesn't die where I dumped that coffee. Do better Dunkin.
