i’m not one to write complaints but i just was here and i ordered 2 of the 3 count halloween munchkins for my kids and got home and had 2 halloween munchkins total. We also ordered a 25 count with this and they were all in the same box. Ordered 31 and received 23, and when i try calling the phone number doesn’t work! This wouldn’t be a problem if it was communicated but it wasn’t, I am very dissatisfied. :(

I ordered a medium iced coffee with additions. The coffee was plain and not what I ordered. There wasn’t a sticker on the cup to show my order and I didn’t get a receipt. So I know it wasn’t made right.

Unfortunately was served a nitro coffee that resulted in 1/3 of a cup of actual coffee. I think their nitro keg was at the end because it was sputtering foam instead of coffee. When I swirled the foam away and showed the girl my empty cup she told me “nitro is half foam half coffee” which is just not how nitro cold brew works ? She was clearly young / probably new, but please educate your staff on the drinks theyre serving so customers aren’t paying $5.50 for a shot of cold brew and a full cup of end-of-keg-air.

This is the third Dunking donuts without the G that I’ve been to. The beauty and the beast cup 10/10 it made the 45 minute wait worth it.
Asked for an extra hot latte. If you don’t have the option for extra hot just say… it was barely warm!

Usually when I come up here they are nice and the drinks are ok, but today I did an mobile order for an iced coffee,medium hot,and half dozen donuts I picked up my items within 10 minutes because I live 5 minutes away.When I got my order the young woman named Kru gave me two drinks and one donut I had to tell my mom that I had an half dozen. I had left and went to the store down the street and called a talked to guy to tell him my drink tasted funny he said ok we’ll remake it. Once I arrived Kru told me the drink taste bad because I picked it up late and that next time they won’t remake it. From my knowledge of working for Dunkin’ Donuts for a year I had to tell her you aren’t supposed to give someone a drink that has set for over 5 minutes that’s disgusting it’s literally in training I found myself upset because I wasn’t rude and I called before hand so it wouldn’t be alarming once I entered, but take advice from an ex dunkin and Starbucks employee JUST MAKE THE DRINK AND MOVE ON ITS NEVER THAT SERIOUS. And it’s tasted funny because it wasn’t my drink you put my sticker on an iced coffee with light cream no sugar or anything just disgusting ?

Terrible service if you absolutely have to stop here then I suggest you do NOT use the Drive Thru. At this location you have to go in to order and make sure to check your order very well before leaving because they messed up my coffee and didn't give me the croissant I ordered and was charged for! I will be avoiding this location at all costs and I recommend you do the same!
