this location has gone down hill. there's always something. from computer issues, to missing items in people's orders, to everyone standing outside trash talking one of their coworkers. I've seen it all here. last time I went they couldn't take orders unless it was an online order. today their printer wasn't printing all tickets. I understand computer problems but this is everyday. today I had to retell them my online order and still didn't get all my items. it's just frustrating.
