My burger was good. I was disappointed that I asked for lettuce, and none was added to my burger. Even though the cashier repeated back my toppings. I will still eat there again it's a good quality burger!

What kind of atmosphere do you expect from a walk in carry out burger place? I went to the 5 guys in Portage Indiana. I told the young man I wanted the little cheeseburger. I wasn't paying attention and he gave me a double cheeseburger with everything. They call it all in. I agreed to all in but I was talking about the little cheeseburger. Which is cheaper and I'm an older person and I can't eat all of those big. Burgers.
So why should I pay for 1. Sometimes you're just too tired to set things straight.So I ate as much of that big burger as I could and got on my way. The burger and the fries were excellent.But I paid too much for something that I didn't order.
In some situations time is more valuable than money and I didn't have a lot of time so I wanted to get out of my way.

We came in pretty close to closing time. I apologized thinking I'd be a neasuanc but the staff was very accommodating and didn't take any issue with me. They were great !

When I walked in the door, my order was promptly taken by the cold condescending abrupt attendant.
The hamburger was very good. No complaints at all on that. However, the french fries were on the nearly burnt side, 1-in long stubs, grossly over salted making them inedible and appetizing. The chocolate shake was so overly sweet that I felt that I was crunching on sugar crystals. The manager said he could do nothing but replace the product. I understand that but why would I want terrible food to replace terrible food? Needless to say that was my first and only stop there, won't be going back. Overall bad experience.

good food but the weird lady with the hello kitty tattoo decided to yell at me when i grabbed the wrong order even tho i realized as i grabbed it. super weird and unprofessional.

They refused to take my U.S. currency(paper bills/cash) during the pandemic saying they were only taking cards... I should have reported them to the feds and or whoever deals with that. But I r a ther just make my own food..

People make mistakes. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a fry through 5 guys web site, and was only delivered 1. Devastated. My 11 year old did not have dinner. I'm a single dad with not a lot to cook on a weekend. I called the store. Manager Sebastian promised a $10 gift card and a free delivery for my son. We'll done Sebastion. Way to right the wrong.
