People make mistakes. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a fry through 5 guys web site, and was only delivered 1. Devastated. My 11 year old did not have dinner. I'm a single dad with not a lot to cook on a weekend. I called the store. Manager Sebastian promised a $10 gift card and a free delivery for my son. We'll done Sebastion. Way to right the wrong.
extremely friendly employees! i didn’t catch the guys name, but he waited until i walked through the door picking up my online order to make my milkshake fresh for me! he says he does it for every customer! 11/10 location for customer service + the foods amazing too!
I just want to give a huge shout out to the crew working at five guys. I got there to pick up an order, and before I even walked in, my car door swung back and hit me in my face so I walked in the door with a huge cut. Everyone was so nice and so helpful and asking me what they could do, what do I need, and I just needed the bathroom to clean my cut up. The workers were just so wonderful and of course my food was amazing
