Food was good as always but when you only have a half hour for lunch and it takes almost an hour to receive it, on top of giving them plenty of time on the order it's almost not worth it to me.

This is the worst Jimmy John's I've ever experienced Went in to pick up an online order took 25 minutes to get the order. The facility wasn't busy just some kids making the food that clearly didn't know what they were doing. The manager or whatever she was some very rude woman that told me I don't have to come in there and I thought she's right. She lost a customer. I see why there was no customers in there. Worst customer service.

Wow! They won’t even deliver to the country inn & suites where I’m staying now. However, they will deliver to the the neighboring addresses on both sides. Very discriminating business practice.

So after saying the order was ready for pick up and waiting 20 more minutes, the beef brisket sandwich was inedible. I guess they had mistaken the fatty remains for brisket, or they just gave up on quality. It’s so fatty I actually thought it was undercooked bacon. So much for $20. I won’t order the brisket cheddar cheese again. Hopefully I don’t get sick if there was undercooked bacon on it.

Had a mishap yesterday with the lulu I ordered but the ladies that work 2nd shift made it all good! Best customer service I’ve had at a fast food place in years, best jimmy johns as well! This is the one you want to go to hands down. Thanks again ladies!

I was kind of surprised by the reviews from other people on here. But I usually place a pickup order and don't have problems at this location. Usually it's made soon after I place the order.
I usually get my orders at night before they close and the staff seem very friendly. They greet people as they enter and leave. Seems favorable for my small orders.
Freaky slow. 20 minutes to get a sandwich. No urgency from anyone. No apologies.

Took forever to get our food, although there were plenty of people working. The order taker didn't take anyone's name or give us an order number, so there was chaos trying to pick up our order. The sandwiches were mediocre at best.

Ordered the original Tuna add cheese. Literally thought they forgot to put the tuna on all together. Turns out they put just a dab. Completely ridiculous. They're delivering another one. But, this should never have been an issue to begin with.
