I was kind of surprised by the reviews from other people on here. But I usually place a pickup order and don't have problems at this location. Usually it's made soon after I place the order.
I usually get my orders at night before they close and the staff seem very friendly. They greet people as they enter and leave. Seems favorable for my small orders.

Took forever to get our food, although there were plenty of people working. The order taker didn't take anyone's name or give us an order number, so there was chaos trying to pick up our order. The sandwiches were mediocre at best.

Ordered the original Tuna add cheese. Literally thought they forgot to put the tuna on all together. Turns out they put just a dab. Completely ridiculous. They're delivering another one. But, this should never have been an issue to begin with.

I've given this location too many passes, if you want bread with all the wrong condiments and NO MEAT, have at it! Not worth the money, the manager was nonchalant. Don't waste your time and money. Go to firehouse!

They got my order incorrect. I paid for that and delivery but didn’t have time to wait for them to remake it and bring it to me so they put a credit on my account. Then, I can’t use the credit without going to the store. I go to the store to get the correct food and still had to pay for a portion of it when the manager told me it would be free with the credit. Really feels like a rip off when I already paid for it and a delivery fee the first time and I didn’t even eat the first sandwich because it was made wrong. And how is 3 tomatoes and 3 cucumbers enough for a whole sandwich?

I love Jimmy John's so much and I loveee their food. I like 9mins from there in less than 2mi but they don't deliver, I would just like a larger delivery area
delivered the wrong sandwich and then hung up on me when i called and after i called back and they sent me a new sandwich they made me give back the other one that i already touched..? i understand policy but if you’re just going to throw it away anyway let people keep it

I went here today and ordered three sandwiches. I assumed they would come the way it’s listed and two of them had mayonnaise and one was supposed to get mustard. I even asked if they had spicy mustard and they said not anymore and then whoever made the sandwich that clearly states “mustard”… put Mayo instead. Then another one of the sandwiches was a no Mayo and was put on there anyway. If you know - you know - if you don’t like Mayo then you know the sandwich is ruined and can’t get the taste of Mayo off the bread no matter what you do. So, employees need to be trained on proper SOP.

Unfortunately i didn't know they are closing at 9. So my wife and I come at 8 50 getting rude welcome by women claming to be manager. Orederd 2 sandwiches from the person raging in the back. Asked for 2 giant sandwiches got one and a half. After asking to get another half becouse i ordered full sandwich. She told me i didn't that that is a lay, and they are not capable to put any more orderes in. She said she couldn't understand how i talk becouse english is not my first language. Just beeing completely rude. She called us the worst customers she ever had. And rushed us through the door Thank you jimmy bro, I hope AUTUM is not going to work any more!

Took 45 minutes to get a stupid COLD sandwich. Should of ordered a pizza from aurelios. Tip was already set and they wouldn't reverse it. They suck!!!
