I love Jimmy John's so much and I loveee their food. I like 9mins from there in less than 2mi but they don't deliver, I would just like a larger delivery area

delivered the wrong sandwich and then hung up on me when i called and after i called back and they sent me a new sandwich they made me give back the other one that i already touched..? i understand policy but if you’re just going to throw it away anyway let people keep it

I went here today and ordered three sandwiches. I assumed they would come the way it’s listed and two of them had mayonnaise and one was supposed to get mustard. I even asked if they had spicy mustard and they said not anymore and then whoever made the sandwich that clearly states “mustard”… put Mayo instead. Then another one of the sandwiches was a no Mayo and was put on there anyway. If you know - you know - if you don’t like Mayo then you know the sandwich is ruined and can’t get the taste of Mayo off the bread no matter what you do. So, employees need to be trained on proper SOP.

Unfortunately i didn't know they are closing at 9. So my wife and I come at 8 50 getting rude welcome by women claming to be manager. Orederd 2 sandwiches from the person raging in the back. Asked for 2 giant sandwiches got one and a half. After asking to get another half becouse i ordered full sandwich. She told me i didn't that that is a lay, and they are not capable to put any more orderes in. She said she couldn't understand how i talk becouse english is not my first language. Just beeing completely rude. She called us the worst customers she ever had. And rushed us through the door Thank you jimmy bro, I hope AUTUM is not going to work any more!

Took 45 minutes to get a stupid COLD sandwich. Should of ordered a pizza from aurelios. Tip was already set and they wouldn't reverse it. They suck!!!

Ordered the Mediterranean chicken meal and then was told after the fact that they did not have the pita chips so I asked if I could still have the hummus. They said oh by the way we didn’t ring you up that way we only ring you up for regular chips so I’m gonna have to charge you for the hummus, even though we didn’t tell you that we were out of the pita chips. Not sure why they couldn’t have given me the hummus for the inconvenience of not telling me they were out of the stuff I order until I was waiting for it. So it ruined my appetite and canceled the whole order and wasted food now. ? so ?

It seems that when you order delivery from here they DON’T CARE ONE BIT considering the customers aren’t in the actual building. Every time I have gone in, never a problem with my sandwich. Every time I order delivery, something is missing. Our cheese was missing that we paid extra for, an entire sandwich was missing so it had to go back out for deliver of course the pregnant hangry girls sandwich, then when she finally gets it, it’s basically bread half the sandwich was missing meat?? How does someone actually make a sandwich and miss the main ingredient on half of it?? Of course we pay over $60 too just to get ripped off. My last order was missing the premium side. I’ve worked delivery, it’s not hard to double check the paying customer is getting their order. Takes 20 seconds.
