I was kind of surprised by the reviews from other people on here. But I usually place a pickup order and don't have problems at this location. Usually it's made soon after I place the order.
I usually get my orders at night before they close and the staff seem very friendly. They greet people as they enter and leave. Seems favorable for my small orders.

Alright, so a feature in the JJ's app is that you can schedule a time in which to pick up your order. I chose a pickup time of 1:30p - 1:45p. I get a text 25 - 30 mins beore my pickup time telling me my order is ready to pick up! My order sits on a self for a half-hour before I'm even ready to pick it up to eat. The receipt clearly states "DELAY! Ready at 1:30pm."This has happened at the Hobart & Portage locations! I don't know if they can't read...
