Alright, so a feature in the JJ's app is that you can schedule a time in which to pick up your order. I chose a pickup time of 1:30p - 1:45p. I get a text 25 - 30 mins beore my pickup time telling me my order is ready to pick up! My order sits on a self for a half-hour before I'm even ready to pick it up to eat. The receipt clearly states "DELAY! Ready at 1:30pm."This has happened at the Hobart & Portage locations! I don't know if they can't read...

The food is fresh. The order taker? Not so much. Ordered a #11. They labeled two of the sandwiches wrong and forgot a fourth sandwich! When I called Candice, the supposed manager hung up on me. Then while trying to get my information she blamed me for the mix up.No Candice. Look at the package. You guys mislabeled two sandwiches.
