this kfc is one of the worst i’ve ever been to. every single time ive gone they’re out of something, the service is terrible, and the quality is as if the food was made yesterday. when i came thru the drive thru tonight the b who answered the speaker sounded Sorry and sad as hell, and then i pull up to the window she’s literally talking on the phone on her cell with the window open. like im tryna hear her conversation. they pulled me forward & made me wait, then when i get the food it’s missing food items, and i got no sauces, & not even a straw. i literally work fast food and it’s like they’re trying to single-handedly bankrupt kfc. god yall pissed me off, bro i didn’t even get to the fries. idk who’s running this place but it needs better management top to bottom cause this has been going on for so long. get it together fr. i tried calling twiceee and they didn’t answer so yall can get this publicly. do better.

Ordered #3 original 2 legs, 2 breasts, mashed and a drink. I got home and there's 1 leg, a breast with what looked like part of a rib cage attached and a fried piece of rib that wasn't even close to being a leg. The diet Pepsi was flat and syrup like. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! PORTAGE INDIANA is one of the worst KFCs around. GEEZ, DO BETTER.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. The managers are inexperienced and rude. The supervisor or assistant manager call herself Tracy same inexperience and rude. I only went there because a friend wanted food from there. The young man at the counter charged me close to three dollars more for a meal because I didn't want their soda with the meal. After repeating myself ten times I finally got cold food and 1.82 cents refund from rude Tracy if that's her real name since they were not wearing name tags or hairnets. Called corporate only to get a foreigner that couldn't speak English. The American Way!

I ordered in drive thru I asked for a kfc bowl with no corn and extra gravy. What i got was half the bowl filled with corn and a drop of gravy with chicken that tasted like it was from the day before! I won't be going back

I came there for lunch,the manager on duty tells me if I didn't spend half of my 100 dollars I couldn't get my order.my order came out to 15 dollars,it's in the afternoon I know y'all had change.just sad

This is so unexplainable,You would think spending $50 dollars on an order you would expect no burnt biscuits. What a shame to say the biscuits were as hard as a rock what the heck.When I hit them on the counter they sounded like they were 3 days old, count ur days frfr KFC DO BETTER!
Well, I must say, I am glad I followed my whim to pull in here and order chicken for lunch! I have passed this place so many times! My first impression was how clean it was. The next was how nice and helpful the young man was who waited on me and took my order. He was so respectful, what a sweetheart. I decided then to do a review. His manager noticed me speaking to him, came over, and I also let her know that I was pleasantly surprised, and would write a review, and planned to return. The food was also tasty and fresh! I do recommend them, and plan to patronize them in the future!
